So I was a little sceptical. But within mins this product really worked. The black spots were gone before I had finished. It def smells so take precautions but I’m really impressed.
After initial jet washing to clean , we put the product on and left it overnight. It went from first pic to second pic. Some of the marks disappeared as we watched. Excellent product, would recommend.
Was surprised to see how quickly this product worked, I sprayed it on the black dots and within 5 minutes they were disappearing.
I left on overnight but honestly probably could have just left it on for a couple of hours and would have been 99% effective after that time.
It removed majority of the black dots, only a few stubborn ones remain but I can go in for a 2nd treatment.
It does smell like bleach/chlorine so probably has similar properties, and the smell lingers a bit after washing off.
But I would definitely recommend!!
This does exactly as promised. After trying some similar products that didn’t work I was sceptical but, as you can see from the pic this was just after a 2 hour application. They suggest 24 hours but I couldn’t wait that long due to hosting a party the next day. I have reapplied again and the patio looks like it did when first laid.
The product worked quickly on non- porous stone slabs- couldn’t believe how the black marks faded to brown and disappeared so quickly.
Put a significant amount on a porous sandstone wall and it worked well after 2 hours but I sprayed it with small hand held spray on a back wall to avoid plants and a tree and worked less well. However- seems to have continued to fade the black spots over the last few days despite the rain. Conclude that more applications needed if using a spray on porius stone. A tip is to rub the product into stone with a bristle sweeping brush or nylon scrubbing brush.
Quite pleased with the product, it certainly gave my patio a good clean, black spots are a problem, as they are often ingrained in the paving, if left neglected as I have.
I had pressure washed my patio but there were still marks and black spots on the stone. I had read the reviews about how quickly this works but was a bit sceptical. I sprayed my patio and within 30 mins I could see it was starting to work. I left it overnight and next morning was amazed how brilliantly it had worked. Will definitely be using this again.
I used it neatly with a watering can. In two weeks, I could see some black spots remaining. Most disappeared. So not as effective as I expected. I may need another application for a successful result overall.
I too had tried to clean my paving using a jet washer but to no avail when it came to the black spots. I applied the cleaner re-using an old cleaning product spray and as instructed scrubbed the liquid into the stone. Having left it for even a short while, the paving was instantly cleaner. After a few more hours most of the black spots had gone. I then repeated this exercise the next day and scrubbed with wire wool and hey presto the black spots virtually disappeared.Fantastic!
My patio hadn’t been properly cleaned for a few years. This is the first time I’ve used Jarder spot remover but it won’t be the last. I sprayed some of the worst patio stones and left it overnight washed it off the next morning and couldn’t believe the difference as can be seen in the attached pictures. I will now be completely doing the rest of my patio and block paving driveway. Excellent results at a very reasonable price.
Photos show a slab I pressure washed the whole of, then did half of it with one treatment with a 2.5hr wait time, then a second treatment same slab same half with a 4hr wait time. All in all pretty decent, a good day for the patio probably not such a good day for wildlife.
I used product decanted into a pressurised spray bottle . Results were really good, quite impressed. The patio has been down over 12 years and every year or so i jet wash it. But the build up of black spots is horrendous. Having read the reviews I chose to buy some. Sprayed it , agitated it with a stiff broom, left for 2 hours then washed off with a hosepipe. The results were good though not perfect. It’s not badly priced but to get rid of all of the black spot I’m probably faced with having to buy another 5l can. My photos are slabs that havent been treated and the circle kits that have been treated. I would definitely recommend.
Applied using a spray gun so the 5 litre container managed to do the whole area that needed doing. You can use a watering can but it won’t go as far. I was concerned that by applying a thin mist coat that it wouldn’t do the job – no problem at all. Just a couple of areas where I went over a couple of times. Left it for 2 hours and then hosed off – perfect. Would definitely recommend and will use again. In terms of price definitely value for money.
Have just used this to get rid of black spots on my patio paving slabs. I’d previously pressure washed the patio but there were many areas with black spots. I applied this with a garden pressure sprayer, left it for 5-6 hours then washed it down. The results were really good – patio slabs all very clean and no visible black spots (as shown in photo). Will certainly use this again in the future.
Used this on a low wall in my back garden. It has improved it though not removed all of the black spot. I will do it again in the near future and hopefully it will get rid of what is lef
After spending all day jet washing my patio I was disappointed to find an infestation of black spots all over my stone. Sprayed this stuff and was amazed to watch the spots disappear in seconds. Don’t hesitate just buy this stuff. My patio looks brand new. Great to find a product that actually does what it’s supposed to. Superb stuff.
