My Arduino fit right inside and now I have room on my board for another Arduino. You can never have enough really. Too many projects, too little time.
Easy to assemble and perfect little case.

This case works great with the UNO R4. It offers plenty of protection to give me peace of mind that my UNO won’t accidentally get damaged. It also provides good access to the ports.

This is a great little case for the Uno R4. The height allows for two shields to be installed and still be able to put the acrylic cover on. For now I just needed a good enclosure for my R4 to protect it from the chaos that is my desktop.

it fits my R4, feels pretty solid, not going to be abusing my UNO or even using it off my work desk area, so it should be more than tough enough. Overall a nice little case. I have never even put an Arduino in a case before, usually just mounted to some dev/breadboard type thing so this is new to me.

I have a project that requires a tougher box than ne of my 3D printed ones. This is the perfect enclosure for what I am doing. It has mounting holes in all the right places and screws that are just right as well.
I am putting an OLED display on it, and the box will keep the light bleed into the room to a minimum while still allowing you to read the display through the clear lid.
All of the access holes align well and don’t need adjusting, which is really nice compared to some aftermarket boxes I have seen.
There is plenty of room for hats of just about any type and the box can be adjusted to a shallower height if needed.
For the right projects, this is now my go to box.

This little Arduino case is very well made. Metal case, acrylic window. It is like a really small desktop cube PC. This is perfect for the project I’m working on! It will also fit the aesthetic of the build.

his case fits my Arduino R4 Minima perfectly. It is not a case that I would use as a development environment but rather one for when I have finished a project and need to set up a more perminate environment. It is small but has the necessary ports that will provide access you need. Overall a nice little case that works well.

This is a very nice case if you need to use a HAT with your Uno R4. It’s designed for the R4 and an Ethernet hat, but you can use almost any HAT that fits within the Uno footprint. It’s a tight fit, and you almost have to disassemble the entire case to get the R4 to fit. There are two large “break away” panels so you can route some larger cables through the sides, if needed. it comes with some screws for mounting, as well as some rubber feet.

Since the top cover is not aluminum the whole case won’t block the wifi signal from an R4 wi-fi. If you need a different shape acrylic top layer, you can easily modify this one (cut/drill as needed) or 3D print or laser cut a new cover without having to print an entire case. I build projects sometimes that need some sturdy cases, and this fits the bill perfectly. I’m only using an R4 minima for now, but the case accommodates the R4 wifi easily, with both an opening for the Qwiic connector, as well as the transparent top cover to see the LEDs. For the Uno R4, I am giving it a glowing 5 stars. This is easily the best case for projects with HATs.

However, it’s not compatible with the Uno R3. Why not? For the simple reason that the USB-C hole in the case is just not big enough to fit the R3’s USB-A socket. That’s it. Otherwise they are perfectly compatible. And you can’t try to fit an R3 anyway and just let the socket be blocked, because the USB-A socket sticks out too far, and just won’t fit.

Why not make this a bigger opening, or at least put another break away panel here? They could have sold this into a much wider market since there are still millions of R3’s out there! I’m very likely to cut a bigger hole here myself (since it’s only aluminum) for using R3s, but I wish it was just built that way already. Hopefully the company makes these changes on the next version. I would buy a few more of these if they were R3 compatible too. Again, for the R4 specifically, this is absolutely 5 stars!

Excellent Uno R4 case – but missing one feature that would make it work for R3 also!
