This has been really good at picking up my voice on the microphone very well and clearly, but blocking out all the background noise going on around me. Cord length is pretty standard, no complaints with that.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this headset for use with work. I didn’t expect much at first given it was just a headset for work but it turned out to be really well made.

The ear pad cushions are very comfy and the sound is clear and crisp. The mic also works really well, my voice was transmitted clearly when used. It was a quick plug and play install so it was incredibly convenient. No regrets buying this headset. I would definitely purchase it again.

    Good easy to use headse

This headphone is ready to use right out of box. No driver is required. Super light and comfortable on ears. Quality paddings and adjustable straps. Sound is also loud and clear. Great for any office/home office settings.

This headset comes in very basic business packaging with minor plastic waste. There is no image of the contents on the box, as is often the case with non-retail economy products like this.

This is a simple wired headset clearly designed for calls and educational/business environments. Its comes with a 3.5mm jack that carries both mic and audio, and a USB converter for it so it will work on almost any device. The 3.5mm cable is 1m, combined with the USB that takes it up to 2m, a decent length for a headset (I feel it should be the minimum for a business set like this).

The inline controls work fine and are easy to use and locate. The audio is exactly as you would expect, with focus treble and no clarity or power to the bass. These are never going to be for serious listening. They are fine for background music and radio or audiobooks. The boom mic also works okay, but is certainly nothing special.

This is a minimalist design of headset and one that doesn’t really work well in anything other than an office environment, despite looking quite beefy. They are quite comfortable and stay in place fine, even when moving about on my office chair and reaching for things. The overall average audio is most suitable for office work, calls and so on, as is the more open design which allows external office noise to penetrate, which helps you to pay attention to your surroundings when working in a team.

For the price of 29.99 I would say these are a very expensive, and should be at the 20 mark at most. Note that there is currently an Amazon voucher which takes it down to 19.99, so that problem is solved at the moment.

In summary these are too expensive and not really for consuming media or gaming, but for education, calls and office work they are fine, if you can get them for 20 or less.

I got these to use as I work from home.

The headphones have a standard headphone jack on them but there is a USB converter included, which also has the controls on it (for volume and muting).

The headphones are really comfortable to wear and they offer good sound quality for the price. I wouldn’t say they were noise cancelling as I can still hear things around me but that does’t bother me. I’ve not had any complaints from anyone at the other end about any background noise, so maybe this is what they mean by noise cancelling

For the price, I think these are a really good pair of basic headphones, perfect for anyone needing them for business but I wouldn’t recommend to a hardcore gamer as I think they would prefer a more expensive pair.

This headset is impressive for the price point – 29.99 at time of review.
Although marketed for video calls on Zoom or Teams it’s actually still good to listen to music through.
Comes with a 35mm jack that can either be inserted directly into your device or into the USB adapter provided.
Ear pieces are comfortable to wear and headband is fully adjustable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Impressive for the price poi

    would definitely recommend

I ordered the duel ear headset and it’s a great value piece of kit. This headset arrived in a plain cardboard box with an instruction manual, plus a separate ‘inline control’ which allows you to use the microphone. The headset has about 1.5m of cable with a 3.5mm jack, which can be plugged into a headphone port, or you can a buy a USB or lightening to jack adapter if you don’t have a jack port on your device. This allows you to use the headphones.

However, the 3.5mm jack needs to be plugged into the ‘inline control’, if you want to use the microphone as well. The inline control then needs to be plugged into a USB port (again, you can buy an adapter if you only have a USB-C or a lightening connection on your device). The instruction manual shows you the correct PC setting. Using the inline control, you can change the volume and mute.

I had no trouble using this with my Windows 10 desktop computer. Sound quality is fine for speaking voices, but leans towards bass sounds. Not completely noise cancelling, but I work from home in a very quiet environment, so I don’t need that. Fairly comfortable. I do prefer over-ear headphones, but at this price, I’ll take the on-ear design. Lightweight, too, with an adjustable headband.

Overall, this headset is great for the price if you need to have conversations via computer and don’t want to broadcast the whole conversation to whoever is about.

This product is great. It does what it says on the tin. I was confident in using it based on the description. I think there are some areas can be improved but it’s too early to tell yet. It’s well made, and will look forward to using in continously.

    Seriously Impressed!

I like the flexibility of using these headphones either plugged directly into the 3,5mm jack on my laptop or iPod (yes, I still use one of those!), or with the included USB connection (which incidentally, is pretty long).

The USB lead has both volume and mic controls, which the jack lead doesn’t. This isn’t an issue for me, as I’m unlikely to use the mic (which rotates and folds away nicely, and isn’t intrusive), and I can adjust volume on my laptop or iPod. For these reasons, I don’t feel the need to use the USB connection – the jack is fine for my needs.

Noise from the cable is only noticable if I deliberately tap it; movement doesn’t make any noise at all. Similarly, there’s no sound whatsoever when I’m typing.

At first, I found that after about an hour, the earphones pushed againt the arms of my glasses, and hurt behind my ears; however, I adjusted the headset so that the earphones sit a little bit lower over my ears, and now they’re absolutely fine. Very comfortable, in fact.

Sound is excellent, in my opinion. I don’t tend to listen to overly bass-y music but the first song I tried these out with was Woodkid’s, Iron, which does have a fair amount of bass, and I wasn’t disappointed.

Other songs with a decent amount of bass were: The Dead South’s, In Hell I’ll Be In Good Company – sounds brilliant, as does The Devil Makes Three’s, Old Number Seven. While Muse’s, Megalomania, although not particularly heavy on the bass, was good to test because of its musical range.

4 Non Blondes’, What’s Up sounds pretty fab, and Neil Diamond’s, Cracklin’ Rosie, however, sounds amazing. Actually, most of his material sounds fantastic through these headphones!

Oh, and Disturbed’s rendition of The Sound of Silence, and Donna Summer’s, I Feel Love both sound epic… especially turned up very loud!

Choral music sounds beautiful, too, particularly Romanian choir.

Audiobooks sound great… although they’re probably not a fair test benchmark because they mostly sound fine even with my cheap and nasty earbuds!

Movies and TV (attached to my TV with a long extension cable, or directly into my laptop), and games (via an Xbox controller or directly plugged into my PC) are all great.

(Although as mentioned before, I don’t use the mic for games, as I don’t play multiplayer games, so have no need to use it.)

In fact, I’ve not found one instance of these headphones not performing brilliantly!

The build quality seems pretty decent, and even when turning the volume on my laptop up to 100 (which is rather loud even without earbud/phones!), there’s zero distortion, with voices and instruments remaining clear.

Finally, noise cancellation. I wasn’t hoping for much, however, while listening to some music a couple of days ago (not at a loud volume), my partner gave me the fright of my life, when I suddenly felt him tapping on my shoulder, asking if I was okay. Apparently, he’d been talking to me as he was coming downstairs, and I didn’t hear a thing!

I hope these headphones last me a long time because they’re great, and I love ’em!

I found this headset easy to use with or without the supplied adaptors, and the ear pieces were comfortable. The sound was good enough for both music and voice, and other people could hear me clearly.

Easy to setup, just plug and play, worked first time. The set defaults to a rather loud level so turn it down before you do anything else. The construction is lightweight as you would expect for call centre use. The compact size makes it useful as a travelling option.

The sound quality is a solid “fine”, slightly tinny and lacking bass but you’re not expecting hi-fi quality audio at this price. The headset is comfortable. I wore it for 45 minutes without any discomfort. I probably wouldn’t want to wear it for hours and hours, but then I’m not used to that anyway.

Though not really a gaming headset, I asked my son to try it out. He played PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) where sound is important. He didn’t feel that he was let down by the headset.

I hope you found this review useful.

These headphones are very well made.
Super soft and comfortable on the ears.
Noice cancelling too, brilliant sound quality.
I use it for the online meetings at work and for listening to music.
    Works absolutely fine, no issues.
    Simply highly recommend it!

I use this for making internet calls and so far it works well as is pretty comfortable to wear. The audio and microphone seem to work fine for me. One plus from other units I have used is the volume buttons on the small controller, they make it easy to control volume and are much easier than using a scroller that is used on some of these headsets.

This headset can be used as a standard pair of headphones or if attached to the additional inline cable which comes with it, can be plugged into a computer’s USB 3 port and be used with the microphone.

The spongy earpods are comfortable, sound is good and the attached microphone works too. On my Mac I did need to specify to use the headset but also within each piece of software too eg Teams, Zoom etc.

As the extra inline lead makes the whole set longer, it was much easier to move around and use on calls compared to cheaper in ear buds I’ve used whose cables are just too short.

I can’t really say if the microphone was noise cancelling, people could hear me okay so it’s quite possible it was working. I’d say this is a good work headset for calls with the flexibility to be used just as headphones.

This is a beautiful pair of headphones! It is made of leather and is top quality. You can adjust the size according to your needs. There are extremely comfortable cushions for the ears, which makes wearing these headphones painless! The sound is crystal clear which makes using the headphones an amazing experience. The wire is perfect length, not too long and not too short. Just perfect. There is also a mouthpiece with very good sound. It can be turned 360 so that you can adjust it until it is in the perfect position. Would definitely recommend!

These are my new favourite headphones, so soft and comfy. Often headphones are unnecessarily heavy and uncomfortable, not so with these, so light, a joy to wear. Sound is great. You can use them as regular headphones with the head phone jack, and then when you want to take calls/zoom etc, add the USB inline audio control lead, and you are all set.

They confidently give you 18 months warranty, that is reassuring and seems genuine, although they look robust so I expect to get more than 18 months use out of these. Very pleased.

5.0 out of 5 stars So comfy, light, well made, 18 month warranty, great value

You receive a well made set of headphones, there is nothing overly special or amazing about them, however they are perfectly okay build wise.

If you’re after a set for Zoom calls, etc then these are perfect.

The performance is very good, audio is clear and the speech is again very clear, there light to wear which meant I wasn’t starting to fiddle with them, they sit on you ears, not over them, this stopped them feeling hot etc.

I was on a Zoom train thing for 4 hours and had these on, and they were perfect, fit was good, weight was good and the audio good.

Good functional headset which is just what you need for calls etc.

This USB headset is a great replacement for my cheap wired headset that i was issued with through my work. The headset is comfortable to wear with proper cushion pads rather than the foam i am used too. The mic is short and flexible and doesn’t stick out in front of your face! The cord is a decent length and allows you a decent amount of freedom when tethered to your laptop. One of my favourite features about this headset is that you can detach the headset from the remote control cord without having to unplug the whole device from your PC. This allows you to quickly detach yourself to make that cup of coffee in the middle of your teams meeting!! The remote allows the basic features like mute and hang up. Sound quality is very good when using this headset, i had no issues hearing people on the call clearly and loudly – the mic also appears to work very well with no complaints from my team mates when i was speaking. I am very pleased with this headset and will now be using it daily on all of my PC based meetings.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Headset for Work

The thing I most like about these headphones is that you can use them with the 3.5mm connection (without the volume control) or USB connection (with the volume control). I was pleased to find that both ways are very viable. From the product photos, I wasn’t sure the cable would be long enough for using the 3.5 mm connection, but it’s long enough for my needs, at about 1.2 m.

I like that it’s a single cable, which in my experience is less prone to getting tangled or in the way than headphones with a cable going into each earpiece. The build quality is good, and I like that the microphone arm can be rotated out of the way.

The sound quality is good. The only gripe I have with these, which is why I am scoring them four stars instead of five, is that I find them a little uncomfortable after wearing them for a long period. I have a large head, and they press on my ears a little more than I’d like. Other than that, I’m very happy with them.

This is a well made headset that performs well.
I’m using it for work and it’s ideal.

I particularly like the mute button on the controls, and definitely love the light which reminds you that you’re muted!

The volume controls work well and the headset is comfortable and lightweight.

I’ve experienced no issues with it at all and it performs perfectly and is reliable.

It’s a fair price in my opinion and great value particularly at the moment as it’s on offer.
I hope you find my review helpful.

The reason why I like these so much is that you can just use the headphones as is. The headphones are fitted with a regular 3.5 mm jack and work straight from the box as headphones by themselves. If you do want to get the mic up and running you plug the 3.5 mm jack into the secondary unit that comes with them, and this said second unit then goes into your device (laptop?) by USB connection.

I confess I haven’t tested the mic as I’m not much of an internet message kind of person, but I’m extremely pleased with the headphones and the fact that the extra features are there if & when I ever want them. Additionally, the cord to the headphones is a good length at a little over 100cm. Similarly, the secondary unit to plug the jack into for the mic is another 100cm or so. So when completed together the length from USB to headphones comes in at a very healthy 2 metres or more. I am sure this will be extremely useful to someone as I know I prefer longer cables on headphones myself!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very cool.
