This was fairly easy to assemble except getting the sand into the base is a bit of a pain. The hole to pour the sand into is small so it take awhile. After that though, this has been a great workout and I think is a good item to add to your home gym!
Great for cardio punching, needs a foam padding cover for the spring section if kickboxing like the other version, base weight could be larger to match 500lbs with sand+water fill combo.
This bag can take a punch. OK, so it’s not going to withstand a full on assault from someone who is a pro and hammering away at it but I’m a fairly big guy at 6’3″ and the wrong side of 20 stone and it’s took a good few not only from me but the entirety of my family. I decided to fill it with sand rather than water because I’m not playing with those odds today, thank you Satan. I put in about 75kg of childrens play sand, which in hindsight was a bad idea because it was slightly moist. Why is that a problem? you might ask, well dear reader, trying to get it in to a funnell and push it into the base took me around 6 hours. The advice I would give is use kiln sand, it’s finer and it’ll pour in much easier, plus you can always pour in some water of your own if you want to wet your sand to make it heavier. The suction pads are great for dropping it on to a wooden floor but I will say this, please make sure your floor is down properly because if it’s not, those suction pads will let you know REAL QUICK. Also, make sure you know where you’re going to put it BEFORE you start filling the base, you don’t want to be trying to lift it after the fact and it’s a pain to have to roll it. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking to get some extra aerobic activity in or you just want to release some stress. Some gloves are included with the product and to be fair, they’re not too bad but I will recommend getting some wrist straps to give you that extra support and protection. ho acquistato il prodotto circa un mese fa per valutare la qualit. Premetto che non sono un esperto del mondo della boxe, ma il prodotto mi sembra solido e bene fatto. Per quanto riguarda la consegna,come indicato nella descrizione, base e sacco vengono consegnate separatamente a distanza di pochi giorni e nei tempi indicati.
La base di plastica abbastanza dura e le ventose si attaccano solidamente al pavimento. Sicuramente con il tempo sar necessario riempirla con acqua a o sabbia. Il sacco mi presenta ben fatto e di buona fattura. In un mese di utilizzo almeno 3 volte alla settimana, non presenta deformazioni e l’imbottitura ancora integra. In generale il prodotto ottimo per un allenamento casalingo di media intensit. Ovviamente se avessi avuto la possibilit di acquistare un sacco classico avrei optato per questa scelta. Consigliato.
Es estable con golpes de moderada intensidad, lo tengo en mi piso y no causo molestia a mis vecinos, facil de armar, materiales de buena calidad aunque lo tengo poco tiempo an. Le podrian aadir un cojn para la parte baja y as poder practicar patadas. Los guantes son cmodos y protegen bien. En general para el precio que puede ser lo de dos meses de clases particulares est muy bien. Y es enfocado en principiantes y amateur del box
Es perfecto para practicar artes marciales o boxeo, en mi caso es para mi hijo adolescente que hace t. Como aspecto negativo puedo decir que las ventosas no lo fijan correctamente el suelo, y si le das fuerte se va desplazando y hay que ir recolocndolo
Con le ventose sul pavimento monto difficile sposarlo . Con una base sotto diventa pi semplice muoverlo.
Facile da montare istruzioni comprensibili dalle immagini, anche se sono scritte inglese.
Nella scatola sono incluse anche le chiavi per montarlo .
I guanti inclusi sono ottimi.

Shipping: comes in two boxes .. took less time than expected to come and with me they came together
Assembly: straight forward with coloured photographic instructions.
Filling the stand: Follow the recommendations of the manufacturer and fill it with SAND only. A lot of reviews here are complaining about poor stability while using water. It’s you only to blame
It can take about 65 kg. I put only 45 kg which costs 15 and was convenient to me
Stability: put the suction cups correctly, use smooth surface under and fill the stand with sand and thank me later
Moving the product: I haven’t tried yet but I am quite sure it’s going to be so difficult as you cannot shuffle the stand otherwise suction cups will be broken. The manufacturer is advising carefully insertion of cardboard under the cup to facilitate mobility. And also you cannot remove the sand once it’s inside.
Quality of the product: excellent
Size: about 178 cm which suits almost every one and does not occupy a large area unlike other products
Price: not expensive compared to other competitors
Bonus: you get a fairly good quality pair of gloves that you should use
Last tip: to get a best experience make sure you have not less than 180 degrees around the bag enough space to move.

Lo tengo en el patio de mi casa con 75kg de arena y no he necesitado las ventosas, no se mueve apenas (si le das muy fuerte igual tambalea un poco) los guantes son de calidad decente para pegarle al saco (12oz). Facil de montar y es bastante alto.
Overall, we would buy this again.
