I don’t know what l did but suddenly l could hardly move because my back was agony. There is plenty of room for adjusting the straps to suit how much support you need. The support it gives is very good, it really worked for me.
The material is of good quality. I’ve had mine now for over 6months and have used it very often(4+ times per week) there is no signs of any wear and tear.
If you need some extra back support and need something that can easily be worn under clothes this is a good buy.
I was dubious whether this would work or not but in the end – brilliant.
I used to get back ache after washing my car or shifting furniture but not any more. Worth every penny.
I initally bought this and thought it was too big so didn’t use it for a week, then when I’ve come back to it I’ve managed to move the blue straps which can further reduce the size of the belt, it really has helped me as I’ve been in agony with back pain, it’s helped to keep my core together.
I think it’s made for a size m man, I’m a size s woman and it’s managed to fit me.
