Really love the idea of bee cups, and have plenty of bees in my garden, but haven’t noticed them drinking much. I’m sure lots of insects will be glad of a little drink on hot days. They do seem to retain the water very well, and even in extreme heat it doesn’t evaporate.
I love that they blends in with my flowers and don’t look out of place. I would recommend as it may also help with keeping the bees away from your cups knowing they have their drink else where!
Planted the wee cups next to my lavenders hoping it will help the bees and other insects. Looks lovely and very colourful. I’ll definitely get some more to add to my flower pots!
