I got this for my friend who has cats, but unfortunately there’s a fox or two that prowl around her back garden as it backs onto fields and we hear them every so often, and as two of her cats are blind she can’t let them out, but since putting this stuff around the garden we’ve not seen or heard hide nor hair of them, so I would say that it works adequately.
The Fox Repellent Spray, a concentrated blend of chilli, garlic, and citronella, is highly effective. It successfully keeps foxes away and also repels dogs, cats, and even children! However, be cautious when handling it, as the smell is horrendous and difficult to wash off if spilled on your hands. Despite this, its effectiveness earns it a perfect 5/5 rating.
I got this to deter our local foxes from scoffing the food that we put out for hedgehogs. It’s pretty simple to use, and you can definitely smell where you’ve treated. Fox traffic seems to have reduced since I applied it, so I reckon it’s working as a deterrent.
Well it certainly smells bad not sure its worked on foxes but certainly works on my husband he hates the smell. Fill up your water can / sprayer outside or your kitchen will smell awful and don’t get it on your hands it’s hard to get rid of the smell. Anything you use will also be smelly had to leave the watering can outside in the garden for a while as even after rinsing its still pungent. If the foxes come back remains to be seen was worried they were after our cats.
Note to self do not open in side the house the smell is so strong and doesn’t go out for a while ,plus I wouldn’t recommend breathing it in ever. Definitely strong enough for the garden. Iv put it around my plants and around the hole where the fox’s have been sleeping. Hopefully they smell it and move on out my garden. So fingers crossed it work.
At the risk of sounding like a paid review, I was sceptical about a “fox repellent” actually being any good. But after months of fouling on the front lawn, I bought it, more out of desperation than anything else. I made up the mix & sprayed the front garden lawn and wall & waited to see the results. Well… After a week or so of spraying, not every night. It really does appear to work!! There has been no reappearance of any fouling at all. To say I’m surprised is a massive understatement. I’m genuinely very happy. It was a “verified purchase,” & I would ‘definitely recommend “!!!
