Three brackets per shelf (1500 wide) and all very solid, three screws per bracket is nice and secure. There is a little bit of flex/bounce in the bracket if you pull on the shelf but overall I think they are solid enough.
Put up scaffold board shelves in my garage – these brackets are strong enough to take the weight, definitely wouldn’t go for any thinner metal brackets. The fixings supplied might have been ok for a brick wall but I did not feel they were long enough for the block wall so I used specialist fixings.
Well the search is over once I found these.
In our sons room we wanted some solid wood shelves to work with the dcor of the room, but these are heavy shelves and so the brackets must be perfect. Floating shelves are not possible and corner installs are difficult to get just right.
