Good little feeder. We have glass panels in the garden with some railing and this feeder works great for us as birds aren’t afraid to come and have a little meal as they’re still above us and safe (multilevel garden) while we can appreciate and watch them from below as the feeder is clear. Perfect.
Suckers are strong enough. It has been in place for over a month, rain, sun, winds and din’t budge at all.
    Happy for under 10!

What a great little bird box this is! It took a while for the birds to figure out there was food in it but as soon as they did we are visited frequently by a large group of starlings. I was worried about it sticking to the glass but it has been in place for about a month now and hasn’t budged, it’s also taken the weight of a couple of pigeons. It’s so easy to put together and stick up, it’s solid! As it’s clear you don’t really notice it.
What a lovely inexpensive way to view wildlife without leaving your house.

The MrCrafts Nature Window Bird Feeder is an exceptional product. With strong suction cups, it has remained securely in place even with heavy usage by some rather chunky pigeons. The clear design allows for great bird-watching from the comfort of your home. So far, I have no complaints and everything is working perfectly. This feeder earns a well-deserved 5/5.

This little bird feeder is great for someone who maybe does not have a garden, or lives in an apartment. The feeder itself is very easy to click together. It just three pieces and 4 suckers. The suction is very good and it keeps the feeder in position no problem. This is excellent for the price. I would recommend.

This is a great idea if you fancy the idea of getting closer to the birds while they’re feeding. As it fastens to the window you can sit on the other side and unless you move they can’t see you.

It didn’t take any effort putting it together, and fitting with the suction cups is easy. We did discover that it’s easier with two people, as once it was up it looked fine until we went inside to find it was off kilter. It looked fine from outside but we didn’t factor in that the frame of reference is different from the other side of the glass.

As you’re going to be looking at it more often indoors, you’re better off with one person outside mounting it whilst someone inside makes the decision on the placement.

Once it’s installed and you’ve put your food into it you then have to wait.

    And wait.

    And wait.

It seemed to take ages for the birds to find it and we realised that it’s because they tend to avoid clear surfaces as they can’t see them. Reflections tend to confuse birds, as anyone who’s had the misfortune to have one fly into a window will testify.
In the end a magpie noticed it and as soon as that happened the rest of the birds piled in for a free lunch.
If we ever move it I would put another regular feeder nearby to get the birds there so they can find it more quickly. It’s now very busy throughout the day, and if you want to see some birds close up you don’t have to wait very long.
Great product and I recommend it without any reservation.

This MrCrafts Window Bird Feeder is made of a strong clear Perspex. It fitted together easily and comes with 5 large suction cups, so you get a spare.
I originally had trouble with two of the suction cups loosing their suction after a few hours, but the feeder still stayed attached to the window. I cleaned the window again and re fixed and so far they have held ok.
It is larger than my previous window feeder, and has two compartments for seeds, mealworms etc.
I placed the feeder on the quiet side of the house, so I am still waiting for the birds to find it or get up the nerve to use it, but I am sure when they do find it they will like it.
It is also easy to remove and take apart for cleaning which is very important for any bird feeder.

So the description states this is a:-
MrCrafts Nature Window bird feeder with strong suction cups. Clear window bird feeders for Viewing. Bird feeders for outdoors, outside fits for wild birds, chickadees, unique gift.

This bird feeder comes in a flat pack, all you need to do is slide it together. The bottom went straight in but the roof was a little more fiddly.

Because the base has holes in it will help with drainage if the food gets wet.
But because it is a double base we are able to feel more at the same time, whereas you could only fit one in out old one.

We now have our 2 Robins coming daily and eating together, apart from the finches and other small birds.

My dad’s disabled and he likes seeing the birds up closer to him as I attached it to the patio doors.

All you need to do is put the suction cup in the rear holes and push up to secure them in place. Wet the back of the suction cups and press against the glass, you can see the air disperse, Give them a press from the centre of each one to make sure there’s no air bubble to give the best suction.

The price at the time of this review is 9.99.

    So far so good
But I will update this review if needed.

I ordered this MrCrafts nature window bird feeder to mount on a window with the intention of setting up a mini camera to observe feeding at close range.

First and foremost – please read the assembly instructions as there is a right and wrong way to install the roof section.

The individual components seems well enough made but it’s the roof that lets this down in my opinion. When fitted correctly, the roof panels slipped out of position as I carried it to install. I am now considering applying some clear mastic to hold it more securely.

The roof does not provide great rain protection as there is not a good overhang over the feeding tray.

The suckers (once cajoled into position) stick well to clean glass and are currently holding up (although I am just adding small amounts of food each time).

This was priced at 7.99 t the time of ordering which was a good price, however I note this has now increased to 9.99.

    *** update ***

I have a visiting pigeon who managed to get wedged in this feeder – no harm to the pigeon and the suckers did not budge demonstrating the strength of the suction on glass.

This is a decent quality bird feeder that comes in parts and requires assembly yourself. I did struggle to put it together initially as, firstly, there was some excessive plastic at the edges that I had to shave off. Secondly, the base didn’t align with the back easily and required some force when joining the two parts. However, once put together, it looks good. I also think plastic used is fairly thick and of good quality.

The feeder came with 5 suction cups (you only need 4 to install, so you get an extra). So far so good as I installed it over a week ago now and cups offer good suction power. The base plate has two compartments for the feed and a decent size opening which is sufficient for smaller size birds to feed from. It’s priced quite reasonably too so offer good value for money. In summary, fairly satisfied with this bird feeder and would happily rate it as 4 stars.

Great bird feeder as you can see the birds up close while they come to eat. Has little holes to stop it from fulling up with water where the food goes. The suction cups are large and work great and I haven’t had it even move at all. It was a little fiddly to put together and was concerned it might fall apart, but once I stuck it up on the window it feels sturdy and works great. Would recommend.

Im really pleased with this, its a good size, fits together easily and the suckers really hold it solid onto (clean) glass. This has been put on a 2nd floor flat window and its great for being able to sit back and watch the birds coming to feed.
So far it hasnt fallen off, or fallen apart, and held up to all the wind we’ve had recently.

This a basic product, its cheap plastic and isnt the most solidly constructed thing in the world (you could glue the parts though) so as long as your expectations arent super high, its a great product for the price that does exactly what it says. I’d happily get another.

The plastic is brittle and I had to shave some off with a knife as there was an overhang preventing the rain guard from sliding on. All looks good once assembled. There is not much weather protection. But when I looked at others, some of the most expensive versions are also very open. Bought some seed today and will try over the coming weeks.

This bird feeder comes in parts but it’s very simple and easy to fit together. It also feels fairly sturdy once all together.

The four suction cups fit into the back of the bird feeder and can then be pressed pretty firmly against the glass window. I’ve tested it on the inside of the window first to make sure that it isn’t going to fall off. It’s been stuck on my inside window for over 24 hours and hasn’t budget at all which is good.

The little tray is big enough to fit plenty of bird seed on. There is also a little lip that the birds can stand on when eating.

I’m excited to hopefully see lots of birds up close to my window!

    PROS
-design features a cutaway window in the plastic so that birds can be seen with as little interference as possible
-4 suction cups means that this is very secure
    -tray is easy to remove
-happy to have the drainage holes

    CONS
-landing strut smooth plastic (I may try to put something a bit more bird-foot friendly there)

    MY STAR RATINGS:
    1* substandard, mostly cons
2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros
3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros
4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons
5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros

Knocked a star off as the roof needs to overhang forward more, the roof overhangs over each side by about an inch but it’s depth is the same as the feed container, feed container 8″ x 4″, the feed container has a divider down the center and the sides are about 1.5″ high, measuring from inside base of feed container straight up to center of roof is about 8.5″. This seems to be quite strong and sturdy for what it is and the suction is very good, it’s been stuck to my bedroom window for over a week and still going strong, it did take a few days for the birds to use it in fact I didn’t think they were ever going to feed from it and seem to be still a little wary, maybe it’s because of the clarity. Glad I have this though.

I recently ordered the MrCrafts Nature Window Bird Feeder, eagerly anticipating the delightful moments of birdwatching it promises. Although I’ve yet to experience its full potential, I’m already impressed by its initial appearance and ease of assembly.

At first glance, this bird feeder looks charming and sophisticated, adding a touch of nature to my home. It’s clear design allows for unobstructed views, and I can’t wait to witness the bird activity it will surely attract once filled with seeds.

Setting up the bird feeder was a straightforward process, thanks to the provided instructions and sturdy suction cups.

The MrCrafts Nature transparent window bird feeder arrives as a kit – no gluing or screwing to do, it all just slides together easily and cleverly and, is kept in one piece by putting it on your window. It is held in place by three perfectly adequate suction cups – these have a small tab on them that allows you to break the vacuum if you need to move it for some reason. When you assemble it, I would suggest that you position these tabs so that you can access them from the front of the feeder otherwise you are going to find removing the feeder problematic.
The only real criticism that I have of the design is that the stem at the back that holds the roof onto the base and allows somewhere for the suction cups to be is a little long. Holding the rain shelter so high up has two effects: the first is that rain usually comes from an angle other than vertical so your peanuts are going to get rained on (there are plenty of holes in the bottom of the tray for any water to drain so they are not going to end up swimming in rain water) so your peanuts are going to get wet; and, with it being so high, the birds that use it won’t feel protected from predators.
One other thing to consider is that birds are very cautious about where they go because they are potential targets from predatory birds, cats and so on. Putting this on a window will, as far as they see it, make them have to land at the entrance to a large cave that is occupied by the very beings that they fly away from when you go into the garden. You might want to try starting off with the curtains closed until they get confident otherwise, they are likely to stay away and only the visitors will be squirrels who, from my experience prefer it over a regular bird feeder.
On the whole, this is a nicely put together feeder but you need to train your local birds to feel confident using it.

4.0 out of 5 stars A nice little feeder but you need to be able to train your wild birds.

I have been meaning to get one of these for quite some time so that my kids can see the birds that visit our garden close up. As such, I was extremely happy to try out this bird feeder which is made from clear and sturdy acrylic.

The feeder was fairly easy to assemble but I initially put the roof sections on the wrong way causing them to be jammed in place – fortunately I realised my mistake and managed to knock them out again with a wooden block; they didn’t break but it is something to be aware of. It would have been better if the acrylic segments were labeled with arrows or numbers to prevent this from occurring as it seems to be an easy mistake to make. The base clipped in easily and the three suckers slotted into position – the suckers are extremely strong so I have no doubt that this will stay put even on windy days.

The feeding platform has small holes in the bottom to allow any water to drain ensuring any seeds/feed do not get soaked. I have set this up on the kitchen window and have not had any visitors yet, but hopefully the robins and tits will find the treats soon!

This plastic birdfeeder is simple enough to put together and comes with written and pictorial instructions of which the latter were most useful.
It has a ‘roof’ so I’m hoping it keeps the bird seed relatively dry. The suction pads hold it to your window and as I’ve only just put it out the birds haven’t found it yet. I’m fairly confident the pads will hold though and am hoping that by attaching it to the window it will defeat the squirrels!!!
It would also be useful for anyone with no garden who likes birds and wants to bring a bit of nature closer.
    I will update if needed.

This feeder is made from a decent thickness of plastic, well suitable for its intended use. The box packaging has a good set of instructions on the reverse that are easy to follow and have a very good pictorial guide to putting the pieces together. I’d advise that attention is paid to the direction the pieces are put together and not forced as, when constructed properly, they fit together easily.

The tray is easily removed, for cleaning and refilling, and held in place well when replaced into the feeder. It comes supplied with four good sized sucker attachments, three for the feeder and one spare. They attached well to the window and so far have held up well, despite continual rain and gales since I put the feeder up.

I like that the feeder tray has drainage holes in its base although these are a little small, however if they are too big than seed can fall through onto the ground so I suppose it’s a double edged sword. It’s also nice that the feeder tray has a divider to make two compartments so different types of seed, or food, can be supplied. Recommended.

A little bit fiddly to assemble as the instructions for the roof part are not very clear + I’m not sure just how well this will hold up as the suction cups don’t seem to hold a lot of weight, if you do buy one I’d be sure to put it on a lower window just to be safe.
