This MCT oil really does have an effect, personally I feel slightly more alert, my digestion seems better, toilet habits are better.
Another use is massage oil and my wife says it’s the best for personal lubrication as it’s totally natural and pure!!! (Very slippery)
It is just amazing how good MCT oil is for your body. I add it to my ”bulletproof” coffee nearly every day and it extends my fasting ability. Added to coffee tastes really nice as well.
I recently incorporated Natures Aid 100% MCT Oil into my daily routine, and the results have been outstanding. The premium coconut oil used in this product makes a noticeable difference in both taste and quality.
The purity of this MCT oil is impressive. It’s derived from coconuts and contains no additives or fillers, ensuring a clean and natural source of medium-chain triglycerides. This has positively impacted my energy levels and mental clarity.
I appreciate the versatility of this product. Whether I add it to my morning coffee, use it in cooking, or include it in my smoothies, the MCT oil blends seamlessly without altering the flavors. It has become a staple in my kitchen.
The packaging is convenient and user-friendly, with a secure lid that prevents leaks and spills. The amber glass bottle also protects the oil from light, maintaining its freshness and nutritional integrity.
Overall, Natures Aid 100% MCT Oil has become an essential part of my wellness routine. If you’re looking for a high-quality MCT oil derived from premium coconut sources, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It’s a game-changer!
I am on a keto diet (<10g net carbs daily) to manage my blood sugar. I want to raise my fat intake while avoiding nausea. Unusually, I need to fatten myself up a bit! As soon as my bottle of MCT oil arrived I added 5ml to a mug of decaff with my usual 1T double cream. I was worried it might taste awful / be nauseating / stay stuck to the bottom of the mug & be wasted. In the event I couldn't tell the difference. As others have said, this oil has no taste.
Some reviewers reported problems measuring out a 5ml t, with oil dribbling down the bottle, making a mess and being wasted. (Heaven forbid, at the price this stuff costs!) I have solved this completely by also ordering a set of 5 droppers for an amazing 1.99 (Syolee Brand from Amazon).
I wish this oil was cheaper. I wasn't sure how many stars to give for price. It doesn't seem possible to get a good quality MCT oil for less. I guess that if this oil allows me to add a mug of bullet-proof coffee to my diet without feeling sick after, I'll be re-ordering in due course.
I started using MCT oil on Tuesday 3rd July 2018, that’s when I tried a Keto diet for the very first time. Even though I don’t follow a Keto diet anymore I’ve been hooked on MCT oil ever since, and I got friends and family hooked on it too…
I’ve tried several brands here on AMZ, but my favourite is not sold anymore. My experience with this brand of MCT oil:
Smell: MCT oil made entirely from coconut should have a subtle smell of coconut, this one does and it’s quite pleasant.
Taste: MCT oil made entirely from coconut shouldn’t taste of anything, this in fact doesn’t. I like drinking it straight from the bottle, a couple of tbsp in the morning, very smooth.
Effect: MCT oil has an array of great benefits. After having taken this one for 5 weeks I can say that it makes me feel extra energetic and focused as well as more in control of my mental state.
Conclusion: This is my new favourite MCT oil.
If this is your first time buying MCT oil this one it’s worth a try.
If you use MCT oil regularly you might want to try this one as an alternative to what you regularly buy.
I’m on a medical keto diet and I need this to keep my calories and fat content up, this also helps keep me feeling full and it also helps keep keto constipation away as it is a mild laxative!
I have 1 tablespoon in the morning in my coffee and 1 tablespoon in the evening in my hot drink.
1 tablespoon is 15g (3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon)
When you’re on keto you should aim to have a minimum of 1 tablespoon a day of this (15g) and no more than 4 tablespoons (60g) ideally!
You may feel unwell if you go up to 7 tablespoons a day and to be honest if you need that much then you’re not eating keto correctly!!
(Make sure you drink a minimum of 2litres a day and get in some kind of movement aswell.)
This oil is tasteless, if you have it in your coffee it can make your lip feel a bit oily obviously but not hugely, just lick it off! Enjoy it!
It can be a little hard to pour but balance the edge of the bottle on the spoon when pouring it instead of pouring it like a bottle of milk then you won’t get such a drip down the bottle!
