I really like this! Because of the way the arm holds are, you can move it up and down your back with as much or as little pressure as you need. This hits ever spot.

This is a very good neck massager,very effective and the heat function is very nice. The only thing I would fault is for is that the straps are a bit short ,other than that it’s great !
