I bought this originally to use because my wife loves to sleep with the blinds up and open. Which means in the summer days, the light is bright quite early.
I tried this for a few days, it was really good actually. It does take time to get used to blinding yourself and having something attached to your face.
The main highlights for me were how soft and comfortable they would be. I was not too bothered about the weight. With silk you know the weight will be quite light anyway. I did like wearing these but this came to an abrupt end when my daughter saw it and stole them.
In her words, these are brilliant dad. They block the light, are soft and comfy to wear. Can I keep them?

I bought this as an extra gift when I gifted a white noise box, this mask is super soft and comfortable. One of my sons already uses one and sings it’s praises highly for comfort.
Zero light leakage, lightweight so doesn’t disturb sleep, soft, comfortable and great value for money at less than 5. The design is cute and doesn’t rub over with use or over time. Adjustable size for heads and the strap doesn’t mark or pinch.
Would highly recommend.
It is softer than I expected, has some nice padding inside. Feels very comfortable. The band size goes from super small to quite large so I can see it working for pretty much anyone. It covers quite a lot of face but for me it is a plus as it covers my eyes even if I move around and the mask shifts. The only thing I can point out that I didn’t like was that the seam around the mask is a little bit scratchy but I only felt it the first time I put it on. Then I got used to it. So it’s not worth taking the whole star off.
This would also make a perfect item to put in a hamper basket or a sleepover kit as it comes in this cute cardboard envelope that brings an additional step to this self-care experience.
And wow the designs are adorable, it was hard to choose.

Like a lot of other people said in the reviews it blocks out most light but not all. A little light from the bottom kept on slipping through, I had to put it on tighter through the strap and move to my side in order to block all the light.
The straps were really tight as well, I normally have small head but I had to adjust it to almost the largest setting for it to fit across my head and even then it was a little tight across my head and eyes. Other than that it’s really soft and blocks out a lot of the light and my first impression was it was very dark. The star pattern on it also was nice.
I’m very light sensitive when I sleep — particularly when sleeping in a hotel or friends house — and this does the job of blocking out unwanted light. For me it’s not comfortable enough to wear all night and I usually end up taking it off.
Terrible delivery by Amazon. dumped behind a bin (despite claiming to be ‘handed’ to resident). Annoying when you’re in and they don’t wait even 20 secs. Might reconsider ordering if Amazon delivering. DX/DHL far better IME.
