This is a very useable kettlebell, I picked a perfect weight to help recondition after a long period of rest a recovery due to serious injury. Easy to clean. Came with a little card with about 20 different exercises. Great for beginners or experienced core strength training enthusiasts.
I like the weight. The kettlebell grip is relatively wide, making it easy to get both hands in to grip it. The 4 starts not 5 is because the sticker flaps was peeling on one side, so I ended up removing it. Used for squats and swings great. Definetly got more depth with it.
