PCS sole is a good brand. Their insoles are great quality and these insoles are no exception.
They’re fantastic insoles for anyone with feet issues. I use them in my trainers and they make walking a lot more comfortable
They’re excellent quality and long lasting. They can be cut to size. They’re very comfortable and offer great support. Recommended.
Product exceeded my expectations. Good quality. Good support. Made a big difference on the first daily already. Bought a pair for both my husband and I and we are very happy. Will definitely buy a second pair.
I was getting issues with my feet while running (over pronation), and decided to try some new insoles. I tested these on two pairs of shoes. The one pair are really low profile fast running shoes, and while the insoles fit in perfectly, unfortunately they push the heel up a little too high, which would then cause my foot to almost come out of the shoe. If I had actually tried running with them, the shoe would have come off. But I tried this on a 2nd pair and the results were far better, and I am able to run perfectly in these. So far the results have been really good, and I will continue to use these insoles. You can feel that your feet are far more supported than before.
Like these as .5 cm higher than the ones I have and definitely help with my plantar fascitis.
Comfortable and fit in most shoes.
Have very high arches so these actually fit unlike most others.
I have a disability in one of my feet where, I have no feeling of the surface that I’m standing on when I’m walking and but I still like to walk one to five miles 3-4 times a week, so you can imagine my conundrum when it comes to support and confidence while walking.
I was recommended to try one of these support type insoles to see if that would force my foot into a correct possession so that it would give me more confidence while I was walking and oh boy did it, after putting this into my old trainers I instantly noticed a difference, it’s hard for me to say why exactly but my confidence putting down that bad foot was so much better and noticeably so.
I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now and I have not noticed any noticeable new pains or achs when using them it’s been very comfortable all the time and I’m very happy with them.
One minor thing to take note and it might be obvious but they do raise the insole quite a bit so if you’re not removing a large insole then expect for your heal to have raised up a bit, I had this on one pair of trainers and it felt a bit weird at first, minor thing and mostly a non issue, but an observation I felt I should mention.
I’m a fan of this company’s insoles. I got some last year and they were the best I’ve had in many years. This looks to be the updated version of those and they are very good. For me the arch support feel stronger and a little more intrusive than last’s years version I think. However I still find them confortable to wear and they do provide very good support. Having had Achilles issues a couple of years ago I’ve found wearing good support insoles (mainly from PCSole) really helps that. A minor issue which applies to me is that it seems as though the sizing has changed since last year. I am slightly over 9.5 and these go up to 9.5 – previously I was in the middle of the sizing range and that felt better for me. Great insoles with good support at not a bad price.
This is a review fo the PCSsole Orthotic Arch Support Insoles, selling for 19.99 when I got them but currently 22.99. I have been wearing custom made orthotics for many years to help to correct serious foot/leg issues. I can’t really walk at all without them. I needed a pair for my indoor footware so thought I’d give these a go. They are constructed from a semi rigid heel/arch support covered by a thin spongy/rubbery material and topped off with a thin layer of a soft material with a patterned ‘cloth’ upper surface. The heel has a hole in the middle filled with a gel material there are some other cut outs as can be seen in the pictures. They look good and well made.
In use they feel very comfortable and just about provide the support I need. To be honest, the more severe your foot problems, the less likely it is that you are going to find off the shelf supports that work, but I’ve been very lucky with these. I don’t think I’d use them outdoors for ‘proper walking’ because they are not quite right for me (I need different ones for each foot anyway) but these are as close as I could hope to get. Comfortable, well made, supportive and right for me. If they are right for you I’m sure you will be very pleased.
Incidentally, what originally arrived, due to some logistics mixup were the Comfort Arch Support Insoles. At the time these were also selling for 19.99 but are new cheaper. They are for lesser foot issues and are similar in build though less sophisticated and were useless for me support-wise. The seller quickly sorted out the mixup though so full marks for that.
I find these very comfortable and helpful in shoes like vans and converse which have no arch support. They are extremely thick and sturdy compared to other insoles I’ve seen in the past, so they might not suit every type of shoe. They would be ideal for any shoe which is half a size too big.
I have foot pain when I walk a lot, caused by high arches. Doctors have recommended arch supports and for a while – years ago – I paid ridiculous money for arch supports for my shoes made by podiatrists. Over the years off the shelf arch supports have gotten better and better; I have tried many and have my favourite right now.
I got these PCSSole arch supports to try, mainly out of curiosity. I now have a new favourite!
These seriously are the best off the shelf supports I have used. The arch support itself is generously high (most are far too low to provide any support for me), is exactly the right shape and is made of good ridgid material. This sounds bad, but if the support is well designed – as these seem to be – a hard, rigid support with a light cushioning material over is perfect and very comfortable.
Yesterday I walked 8km on varying kinds of terrain in a forest. Very gravelly or stony ground usually causes me the most difficulty and pain but with these supports my foot is comfortable, pain free and my ankles are kept straight (rather than collapsing in) and I was less prone to sprains. Because the supports stop my foot/ankle collapsing in, my body weight is distributed more evenly to the outer side of my foot – usually all it takes to slightly sprain an ankle is to step on a stone carelessly, but because these supports keep my ankles more in-line this didn’t happen.
I’ll definitely be buying more of these to put in my most-used shoes, boots and trainers.
I’m a size 8 – the “M:Men(8-9.5)28cm” size fit my walking boots perfectly and I didn’t have to trim them.
There are some completely weird things written on the packaging and in the product description that may put you off this product (“designed by professional team of physic”, “design for circularity” – what does that even mean!?) Just ignore these! Why manufacturers/sellers have to use this bizarre woowoo speak is beyond me, and how much would it have cost them to get a proper translator?
Product is as described. as good as previous orthotics I have had. They will fit up to men’s size 13.5. I had to trim half an inch off the insole to fit my size 12 shoes. Comfortable fit on the sole. Feel the arch support straight away. Great heel support Good cushioning .Like all insoles because of the cushioning they take up some extra room in the shoe so they make the shoe feel tight which were previously a slacker fit.
Unfortunately after a little wear I can feel them pushing my big toe into the side of the shoe so they may need further surgery. If they don’t settle in I may have to remove them.
For more years than I care to remember I have suffered from pain in my right ankle when doing anything more than a moderately paced walk, but when I work out I like to walk briskly in order to get my heart working a bit. So I have started using support insoles and the right ones can really make a big difference. The trouble is that you really have to try them to assess any benefit that you may get.
When these insoles arrived I was immediately optimistic for a good result due to the high insole support which was also quite firm. There was also good support under the mid sole of the foot and a couple of gel pads which would give some degree of impact absorption. I had ordered the 8 to 9.5 size for a size nine shoe but found that I didn’t need to trim them, they were a perfect fit.
In use the insoles felt very comfortable and natural, just as if they just belonged in the shoe. I have had some insoles which have not been too comfortable and others that have lacked the necessary support. These gave me the support that I needed without bringing attention to themselves, they just blended in with my foot and the shoe. I completed my usual forty five minutes brisk walking on my treadmill without any hint of what I would call real pain and that told me that these insoles are a winner for me. However, we do all differ and so your experience could be different than mine although these insoles have all the attributes of a good supporting appliance and so I would expect most people to be pleased with them.
Value wise I thing that 19.99 is reasonable and money well spent, but only if they work for you, as they have done for me.
I walk most of the day at work and hike and climb mountains in my spare time. This product has solved all my problems as I am flat footed. Being flat footed never was a problem until I became middle aged and started to make being on my feet a problem until I came across these inserts. I liked them so much I have now got one pair for work and another for out of work. That’s a 5 star rating from me.
These insoles support my instep and heel and provide the necessary support for my flat feet. I have only worn them for two weeks now but so far I am impressed with them, hopefully they will provide support for months to come
I have knock knees so my arches are fallen. I use these in my trainers and flat boots. They make a big difference to my gait and stabilise my feet.
