This phone is from or was used by someone who is Korean so there for not a UK phone also phone was not correctly factory reset and I’m unable to factory reset total waste of money

first Samsung I have had I am impressed, the only thing that annoys me about my new phone is that does not let me download certain apps and I don’t know why, good phone over all, it’s not the quickest phone but it does the job and I think it’s good value for money and quick delivery.

Extremely pleased with this purchase! This phone looks like new, not a mark on it.
Another pleasant surprise, it came with all the accessories, charger, correct usb cable for this model and
a Sim removal pin, unlike the phone I previously ordered(not this model) and returned the next day. It
would be nice if all the suppliers had pride in what they sell and ship efficiently.
The set up was really easy and I recommend the A12, this was bought for my partner who is not
techy whatsoever and he loves it. I may think of changing my A10 for this model.
