These hydrogel pads have excellent adhesive properties and are gentle on the skin, providing a comfortable experience. Their effects are very noticeable, making my muscle stimulation therapy more effective. Very satisfied with my purchase!

After trialling a few different ABS muscle simulators over the last few months I found with some of them they became less effective or started to not work as well within a good couple of days.
However, this product in particular has continued to work as well as it did when I first got it, and has been very beneficial to me as I use it on my rest days to help stimulate the muscles and continue growth.
If this one is to stop working at any point, I will be buying a replacement from the same supplier.
When you order it don’t forget to order spare adhesive for.
I bought this for my husband it’s early days yet but he has used it everyday for the last two weeks and he seems fine with it cannot give a 5 star just yet as too early
This product is good value for money. It does not require any batteries, it does not hurt me when I use it and it has a built in timer of 15 mins. It’s easy to use and after three weeks I have noticed my stomach muscles are looking more define and my gut has less of a bulge. I’m 58 and go to the gym several times a week, I use this as a supplement and am very happy with the results.
Doesn’t fall off and equal shock to all of pads. Happy ! I can’t moan.
I have been using a couple of weeks a few times a day at short intervals and have noticed already some more definition. I would advise having your diet right also. All in all this product is actually working. I was quite skeptical at first.
