How do I make the volume louder?
-Confirm whether “Media Volume Sync” is enabled and activated on your Android phone. Check if the hearing protection is turned off on your iOS device.
-Connect the earbuds to the soundcore app, and choose the Volume Booster EQ.
How do I turn on and connect the earbuds for the first time?
– Peel off the protective film on the earbuds, place the earbuds in the charging case, close, and then reopen the lid.
– Search for the earbuds’s Bluetooth name “soundcore V30i” on your phone.
How do I use the V30i earbuds touch controls?

Clean the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case. Place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, and charge for ten minutes

They good
They as good as discrabbed and they comfortable is well the sound is amazing and yes I have tested must off the headphones going and I’ve spend 100s off pounds but as daft as it may seem there’s and the tone free open ear buds are the bes
5 Stars At That Price
Almost bought the Schokz version until I spotted soundcore made open ear headphones…. Then almost bought the aerofit’s. Glad I didn’t, amazing sound from these compatible with the SoundCore app so tuneable. Can’t believe what you get for the price. Was worried as saw YouTube video detailing sound through head mic and seemed poor in that video, but the sound is rich IRL Got exactly what I needed for very little money. Every soundcore product I have just works, great company
These are really good but not perfect.
Pros:
– Open design allows you to hear your surrounding without artificial ‘transparency’ mode
– The fit is similar to Aerofits, which isn’t for everyone’s ears, but due to different weight distribution, these hold better than Aerofits and even though I feel as if they’ll fall off my ears, they don’t.
– The sound distribution is also better than Aerofits, I don’t get sudden volume ups and downs if I move your head and the headphones move on your ears. I can feel they move on my ears when I walk or nod my head, but the sound stays the same, compared to Aerofits, where any head movement resulted in quieter or louder sound in one of my ears, which was annoying to the point of not fit for purpose
– The mic quality is a bit better than Aerofit
Cons:
– The case is made of cheap and ugly plastic and overall case quality is very poor (you get better case with Chinese headphones selling for 20 quid), but the same poor quality case comes with Aerofits, which are twice more expensive.
– These headphones don’t support Multipoint (ability to stay connected to 2 devices at once) – I was quite surprised to find it out, these are my first headphones in 15 years which don’t support Multipoint.
– The mic quality is much worse than my old Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro or Jabra 45h
– Sensor controls are located exactly where you touch the headphones to adjust or take them off or put them on. I disabled touch controls in Soundcore app.
– Not really a huge con for me – they don’t support high quality codecs like AptX, LDAC etc, but I don’t think it really matters for this type of product. I couldn’t find the bitpool rate used for SBC, but based on what I hear listening to my favourite music, it looks quite high (and SBC codec with bitpool rate 51-53 sounds really close to AptX, allowing company to save on certifications to make product cheaper.
Conclusion:
Good headset, which can be used to listen to music, watch movies and for calls and VC, while keeping you aware of the environment around you, so you don’t have to take the headphones off whenever you need to reply to your colleague or family member. For half the price of Aerofits, they are better than Aerofits in few aspects, which makes them a good choice if you need a cheap open design TWS and ready for compromises.
Suitable for road cycling.
These allow the right amount of noise for road cycling. They allow you to hear your surroundings, ensuring no car sneak up behind you. But aren’t for general use, I’d would also download the app too.
Lovely frequency range and balanced sound. Crisp highs and mids. The bottom end isn’t deep and full but having said that it’s adequate for enjoying your music.
Very comfortable and light. Can’t feel them when they are on and you can hear your surroundings well.
It’s strange to explain but the loss of bass compared with larger over ear headphones is compensated by comfort and awareness of your surroundings.
To my delight I can wear them in bed and even lying on my side they are still comfortable! Oddly satisfying.
I never want to take them off. The customisable EQ and assignable touch controls are fantastic. Great work by Soundcore.
I was looking for a set of open-ear headphones and initially bought a slightly cheaper product from a different manufacturer; that was a bad idea – terrible connectivity and poor sound. The good things are that 1) Amazon has great returns and 2) I now have a nice frame of reference when considering these soundcore devices.
The good
Pretty much everything. Nicely packaged, includes charging case, earphones, and usb c charging cable. A very basic Quickstart guide is included; the main manual is available from the Amazon product page.
Fit on these units is really good for adults of various sizes and larger children. Really comfortable clip behind ear is effective in keeping earphones positioned and without falling out (even when running)
Sound quality is superb given their open-ear nature. Of course full headphones will sound better, as will quality in-ear units – but these are surprisingly good. Plenty of bass, but not overbearing. Options to change the sound parameters via the app.
Connectivity is great with my stock android phone. Bluetooth connects easily, range is about 8m (line of sight), slightly less with walls etc in the way. You won’t have a problem with your phone being in your pocket when exercising!
App is good, with nice options to configure the product (and without stealing all of your personal data)
The less good
Not much really. It would be nice if the charging case had visual indication of the charging status; instead you have to check the app. It would be nice if the product was cheaper (obviously), but as-is represents good value for money compared to more expensive options.
Overall
I’m really pleased with this purchase; I hope they last for the 24 month warranty period!
If like me you can’t fit an AirPod in your ear, these are excellent!
They stay on and sound great
Have tested on a train and there were no issues
