It is very basic, made cheaply but still works and is good fun. It can make you feel like spiderman for a brief moment and is great for young kids.
My son absolutely loves these he’s so into Spider-Man.

My boy loves this, It is a great toy. Just the mechanism is hard to use in terms of it being tight and hard to grip. Overall happy with it. Recommend it.
This web shooter toy is awesome! It features a built-in motor that launches the rope with impressive distance and accuracy. The retractable mechanism is fun and easy to use, making it perfect for imaginative superhero play. It comes with multiple heads (suction and magnetic) for sticking to different surfaces. My only small issue was occasional tangling of the rope, but that was easily fixed.

It’s simple to use and the magnets are strong. To add the suction cup you just you just clip it onto the magnet.
The glove is a little odd, the fingers are small but the glove is large.
Any kid will love this even though it’s not great value at 35
My neighbour thinks he’s Spiderman. He has a Spiderman Crash Helmet for his motorbike. His Van is Spiderman Coloured. He tries to climb up walls sometimes.

This is a great toy/accessory/posing device. I’m nudging 50, and my son is 16, but we had a good hour of fun with this, firing it at windows, doors, walls etc. It’s got a sucker on the end of the “web” and sticks well to flat surfaces it’s aimed at. Pull the sucker off, and use the built-in electric motor to retract the web ready for another go. A hidden button means you can fire webs with just a flick from a finger.
Wait till I show this to my neighbour!
This gadget is great for anyone who is either a big kid at heart, a comic book fan, or die-hard cosplayer. The device itself comes with a ‘Spidey glove’ which looks the part, and allows you to fire darts across the room on string, and sick them to flat surfaces, which may or may not include the TV or your little sisters forehead. The packaging is decidedly cheap and I am not sure of the longevity, and there is a lot you could buy for 40-ish, but if you’re into this kind of thing, and want to wreak havoc on unsuspecting grandparents from a distance, it’s kinda’ a must-have piece of kit! 4 stars.
Our little boy has been asking to make a Spiderman web shooter for a while now (2 years plus). I wouldn’t have a clue where to start, so the poor boy has been put off for ages. When I saw it available on Vine – I knew I had to request it. It’s a bit pricey (35.99) for a random buy especially as some of the reviews are a little mixed. Initially, it has promise, but I’m not completely convinced as other reviews have said it is a bit ‘hit and miss’ with the actually sticking to smooth surfaces. As for durability – only time will tell.

It is a bit limited in its usage i guess, as you can only fire it at a surface to stick to stuff for so long before boredom sets in.
You can adjust the weight of the sucker by adding or removing the strong magnets and this also serves to prevent snapping the cord as that is attached to the plastic section that you push in to the wrist mechanism prior to firing.
Its certainly not a one handed operation though as you need to push the sucker into the device and press a button on the lower part to retract the cord which needs recharging after a while but so far i have not need to recharge it yet.
Its pretty pricey too for what it is, but will be a great gift for younger spiderman fans for sure.

So the essential part of this – shooting and retrieving the dart – works well. The dart is shot with reasonable force and depending on the number of magnets you attach to the end will travel an impressive distance. I haven’t so far experienced any tangles or snags winding the string back into the device. The motor is fairly quiet and the rechargeable battery seems to give a good period of use between charges.
Niggles then. Firstly, the Spiderman glove is absurdly proportioned. A large hand with tiny, stubby fingers. I can’t see who this would fit, either child or adult. The wrist shooter itself is too large for a very young child but for anyone older it secures snugly and is easy to operate.
The suction cup on the dart is a bit flimsy and needs a bit of moisture to help it adhere. I found it would stick to a painted wooden door as well as to glass or metal. However, when it does stick firmly the motor isn’t powerful enough to detach the dart from the surface it’s stuck to.
I found the most fun use was to remove the sucker disk and set up a miniature shooting range with empty Lavazza coffee cans as targets. Value is hard to judge, similar products are being advertised at similar prices so I guess it’s about right. There are dart shooters without motorised spools available for much less so it depends on whether or not that’s a feature you want.
Works just as described. I am assuming this is marketed at children? If so the plain brown box could do with a more exciting revamp. The devise shoots the line with suckered end a good distance. Best to shoot onto a glass or flat surface to get it to stick. Worked well for us shooting balloons. To keep interest we needed to create a shooting game. You could also shoot magnets.
Rechargeable with USB C cable included. I would say its pricey at the moment (personally i wouldn’t pay 37.99) but if the price was reduced its a good toy for spiderman fans and a better alternative to some other versions we’ve tried.

Well what can I say except the kids and their dad love this and have been playing with it since it arrived. Comes with device, 2 suction cups and charging cable. It is easy to use but does take some precision to get it to sick to smooth surfaces. If thats not your thing then you can remove the sucker and use the magnet instead which will stick to the fridge, radiator etc. Wasn’t long before the youngest had this tangled up, but I managed to get this untangled pretty quickly. This will be a great addition to a dress up outfit.
