This is better than another one I got as this has a metal build, so is more sturdy. The charging and data transfer speeds are good, quite close to advertised. Will recommend this one.

Love this, has been great for plugging into my laptop in order to connect my laptop up to a computer screen, then use one of the usb connections for a keyboard, and another for the charger for the mouse. No issues here, it has been a big help. Would recommend.

This works perfectly to connect HDMI and anything else USB A to my laptop. Very pleased with it. It’s useful to have SD card slots for regular and micro cards as well 🙂 Not sure about longevity as it’s plastic – would’ve liked it to be metal and have a more heavyweight feel, hence not a five star product.

I’ve been using this USB C hub primarily for expanding connectivity options with my laptop at my home office.
Pros:
*Setting it up was a breeze, and worked immediately once plugged into my laptop.
*I benefited from the convenience of multiple ports for my various devices with up to 100W of power delivery.
Cons:
*The HDMI port maxes out at 4K, which may not meet the needs of those with 8K monitors.

This is an excellent USB C multiport adapter. It has a strong aluminium case with an excellent range of ports coming off the USB C connector, which is perfect for our MS Surface laptop. It really does have all the connections I could want, and I have used it for presentations, without the need for a super-heavy docking station. It also works really well at work with a 4k monitor. I find this adaptor stays with my laptop all the time and is so useful for many requirements, including quick micro-SD card downloads from our action cam.
Working perfectly so far, and very happy with this item. Build quality is very good, and it is compact enough to keep in your laptop case. Or in a drawer.

Multi function ports make this hub useful for viewing / transferring images / files from one device to another. No indication hub has power when plugged into USB C socket, once card inserted device is recognised.
It connects and functions normally and reliably, ordered for my work laptop, which defo didn’t have enough ports to work with, plug it in and go, so far it works smoothly and better reaction speed than my old one!
This 7 in one multiport hub has a USB-C connection as its main interface to the device. It has a power through port allowing up to 100 Watts, it has a 4k 30Hz HDMI output which worked seamlessly with my 4K monitor. It has a Full size and micro sized SD card port as well as 1 USB 3 port and 2 USB 2 ports.
The hub is well made, the USB-C connection and the port connections are all well-fitting and secure once in place. The hub works well, it is light and robust. The cable and the cable connection both to the hub and to the USB-C port are solid., well made and look robust and very unlikely to fray. The hub and the accessories all seem to work well. I think this will last a long time. I really like the addition of HDMI connections which both allow the addition on another monitor without wasting the USB-C port. The price seems well priced at 16 (including discount at time of writing).
The brushed aluminium housing of this multi-point adapter gives the impression of a good quality unit. It certainly delivers all the functionality I was able to test using my Motorola Android phone, which recognised all three Flash Drives and an SD card and MicroSD card I had plugged in. I was able to browse and open Microsoft Excel and Word files, likewise JPEG, PDF and PNG files. My main tech device is a Windows 10 desktop PC, which doesn’t have a USB C port, and as this Multiport Adapter doesn’t have a converter for a standard USB port as some other Multiport adapters do as standard, I was unable to test on my PC. Likewise, I was unable to test the charging facility as I don’t use a laptop, hence my 4* rating, as it fulfils the all the functions I need on my phone. I guess this is a more expensive device than Multiport hubs with plastic casings and don’t have the charging facility, but I do prefer the metal casing.
Almost every plug in/output option is provided including power out for charging; SD cards; HDMI and USB.
Very compact and unobtrusive. The casing is plastic made to look metallic but quality seems ok.
Maybe a tad expensive at just shy of 20 but has a lot of functionality.
