They said they found it outside the lift on the ground floor, and the item was laying on the floor. If my neighbours weren’t so great it could have been stolen! Generally a good product, Although I have been running into serious overheating issues due to using the stand so I have had to retire it, despite only having it a couple of days. It’s great for display purposes. Not so much for long term gaming
