Excellent Customer Service
I struggled for some time trying to get the APN to register.
After a while it all came together and was relieved.
However after a while the iPhone said the tracker was offline and I couldn’t understand why.
After contacting Ada on customer service, she was most helpful in advising me that in fact the device went to sleep if no movement was detected, so that was my problem. I give it a shake and it came back online.
You must read all the setup instructions.

Quick delivery, but a complicated to set up
I liked the size and magnetic use. I did however find it a bit difficult to set up. I thought I had managed it but had to ask for help. Ada was extremely helpful with this process.

I have a few cars and this is the 5th tracker I’ve bought. The app works well and the seller is extremely helpful with any problems you have. I bought this one for the large battery capacity

I was having trouble setting up this item and Ada contacted promptly and went through step by step with me to set it up, she made it very easy to follow instructions, happy with my purchase and my customer service. Would recommend
1- please prepare an unlocked sim card, top up it. write down the contact number of the sim card.
cancel PIN code if have one; cancel voicemail services
2- please instal it into gps tracker and put tracker outdoor or close to windows
3- call to the contact number in gps tracker from your phone, it will reply to you with a location message. it’s one of way track a location.
4- login App, you can check a location and use more functions via app.
if App not enabled, you just need to set APN to activate it.
Tracker ie locato
I opted for this model as I did not want to pay any subscription. Paired with a payg SIM card it operates very satisfactory. I had a few issues trying to understand its operation but customer support ie Ada was most patient and helpful. So far full product satisfaction.
Solid tracke
I use 5 of these trackers on different cars; superb product when paired with a payg sim. Customer support is amazing from Ada over the last few years. The app is superb and I’ve even used the data it stores in an insurance claim. Can not recommend enough.

his tracker is great and does exactly what its supposed to do, it can be a bit difficult to understand how it works but the customer service is second to none and Suki is fantastic at responding and helping you.
Received this tracker a week ago. I have setup a geofence of 100m. Works a treat. Battery lasts a few days. So far , reliable. It goes to sleep to save battery power and will wake up if moved or you send g123456# to it ,nat which point it wakes up and sends you it’s location. App is ok as well. Subscription free. I use a cheap Lebara SIM. Time will tell, but highly recommended at this stage.

Protecting our motorhome, had one in previous motorhome. Brilliant & better than factory fitted as you place it in non standard places. Great for recording your travels too. Reliable app, cheap to run ours is on Giffgaff. Would definitely buy another. Back up is great too.
