Dickes Like!
First off this is a really nice keyboard! Especially for the price. I have not had any issues with it until now. I have noticed that my “c” key is registering 2-3 times each time I press the key. It just started and it is kind of annoying. If the company could reach out to me so I can get some help or advice on fixing this issue, that would be great.
Even though I am having this issue, I would still recommend the keyboard. I am sure I just got a defective one.
Nice comfortable size, the keys sounds soft and nice to me. As I prefer quieter mechanical keyboards.
Good build quality, it’s not metal but it’s feels sturdy.
No performance issues, it just works beautifully
Alana hayrl olsun. Mkemmel bir Klavye.
This 75% mechanical keyboard is perfect for me right now. I am a touch typist, gamer and write a lot of text on the keyboard. A good keyboard is an important tool for me. So far, this Yindiao Ajazz AK820 suits me perfectly.
The sound of typing is moderate, louder than the Lenovo laptop keyboard and quieter than poorer quality external mechanical keyboards that I recently tried. The sensation of typing is relatively pleasant and a lot more precise than other recent external keyboards in my experience. I actually prefer the ANSI keyboard layout more than the ISO layout preferred in the UK. I am not into currently fashionable RGB colorful light settings, so this keyboard’s plain white suits me fine. It is possible to customize the lighting effects, but I am not interested in that so I haven’t tested it. The standard setting is for three lighting modes. In the pictures, I showed mode 1 and 3. I don’t mind if there are no lights at all. The sound volume knob is a bonus that conveniently adjusts the volume on the keyboard naturally without having to look around the for the correct key combination. One can also press the knob to mute and unmute. I tried a 60% keyboard but missed the separate row of function keys and was unable to find a way to press the tilde key for console commands while gaming. This is a 75% keyboard which is perfect for me since it covers all that I currently need. I like the black color that matches my laptop, desk, monitor, mouse, mouse mat etc. The keyboard might weigh around 750 grams and feels substantial compared with some cheaper poor quality keyboards I used in the past. There is a key puller for changing key caps. I might not need that… except if the ugly font used for the keycaps irritates me longer term. I paid 43 for the black USB-C Wired version, which is good value in my eyes.
There’s nothing bad I can say about this keyboard. It’s really nice! The main thing that stands out for me is the keys! They’re really soft and have such a soothing sound to them when you’re typing. I like that they’re hot-swappable too. It’s also got a good weight to it and the volume knob is also a really nice touch. It’s going to take. little bit to get used to this though, as my previous one had the numeric keypad whereas this one doesn’t. That might be my only criticism, they should release one with that. Besides that, I recommend this!
1st ever mechanical keyboard after 10+ years using the same standard keyboard that came with an old monitor
Really impressed got some good weight to it
Wish there was more information in the instructions took a while to figure out the LEDs (south)
Other than that it’s a great keyboard
Overall this is a very nice keyboard. It is chunky but compact, and the grey and white colour scheme is nice. The keys have a good action for me and the red switches feel “quicker” and quieter than my other keyboard which also has red switches but no or less damping. It’s still not a quiet keyboard but it is quieter.
The volume knob is actually quite handy and works on Linux. Haven’t tried it on other OSes.
The backlight is white only, not RGB which is actually a refreshing change. There are lots of animated lighting effects but I don’t find them useful. The keys are double shot with the lettering translucent to let the backlight through. This looks nice but the key legends are difficult to see if you turn the backlight off.
The keyboard DOES remember the last lighting effect but does a little animation for a few seconds on startup so it can appear like it has reverted to another setting. However, it does settle down after a few seconds.
The keyboard is a US layout and stated as 75% ANSI layout. The problem with this in the UK is that you don’t get a backslash or pipe key. Backslash and Pipe on the keyboard are mapped to # and ~. Advice varies on how to get the backslash and pipe and the key combos I found on the web didn’t work on Linux Ubuntu. By experimentation I found on RightAlt + – and on RightAlt + ~ (as marked on the keycaps). The ” and @ were reversed as well as usual on a US layout.
The listing gives a link to download the driver software but it looked like you can do most of it from the keyboard shortcuts in the supplied manual. The link given for the download is dead but I did find the download via google. Unfortunately it was Windows only so no good for me.
Overall this is a very good looking, compact keyboard which I enjoy typing on. Time will tell how robust the USB C port and the volume control are. The white backlight is effective and suits the white/grey colour scheme of the keyboard. UK users will have some mapping compromises but this is common to all keyboards of this size/layout.
My partner enjoys gaming on his computer so I ordered this for him. He enjoys the spacing of the keys and says it is easy to use and type on, and the colour scheme is also brilliant. The keys are easy to remove (made easier with the key remover tool).
I’m very impressed with the performance of this keyboard!
The TFT smart display and customisable knobs add a level of convenience, and the 75% ANSI layout strikes a perfect balance for work and gaming.
The triple connection modes work seamlessly, and the hot-swappable feature allowed me to personalise my typing experience. The programmable lighting, especially with the south-facing LED design, creates a visually stunning effect. It’s become my go-to keyboard for its versatility and user-friendly features.
High quality and very well made.
I just received this keyboard, it is very clean and looks very amazing in person.
The typing experience was very nice while typing this review and the spacebar sounds amazing and isn’wt rattling as opposed to other keyboards at this price range
