Bought when I was flying with easyJet. Perfect cabin size no issues fits easily in their size checker when at the check in desk.
Handy pockets especially the little 1 that you can slide your passport in which then sits against your back when wearing it for added security.

I have an Easyjet back pack which is a good size bigger than this one as you can see.
This really is only for carry on items, ladies, make sure you can fit your handbag in as well if you use one.
Saying that it is ideal for purpose.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ryanair size only.

I am glad I bought this. I have used it on several trips and was able to fit in a lot of items as well as laptop. This bag is incredible and I would recommend.

When the bad arrived it was looking so small.
    First impression I was disappointed.
But on my first trip, omg this bad impressed with how much you can carry and keep everything extremely organised
I really recommend. Versatile is great, resistant, all details are within good quality.

Just received my bag today, I have not tried it yet but upon thorough inspection, the bag is sturdy, no loose thread or flimsy zippers, all straps, buckle , pockets are intact.
Overall very pleased with the bag, I will have to write a separate review after my travel, but this size I presume will pass Ryan air.

Good quality for the price. It holds quite a lot what I really like is the ease of access laptop area and the security pocket at the back.
It rests, high on the bsck if you hsve lower back issues making it a good companion when you’re out doing the tourist thing.
If tou know how and what to pack you could go away for a few days with this bag alone.a
Would like to see more colours available.

I bought this item just under 2 weeks ago and it arrived just in time for me to take it for its first trip. To my surprise I managed to squeeze 2 pairs of jeans one pair of thin knee high shorts 5 vests 4 underwear 4 T-shirts 2 polo shirts and a shirt (T-shirts were the thin polyester type material) as well a an electric shaver electric toothbrush an iPad with their relevant chargers ! It feels comfortable to wear it once you adjust the straps I am 65 years old and I walked to station at 5:30 am I traveled on train to Waterloo then used the under ground to get on the train to stanstead airport. I got there at 9:30 and my flight was at 11:50 in all that time I felt comfortable carrying this. Zippers and handles are well made and you have 2 very useful side pockets for you bottles. It fitted snugly under the seat of a Ryan air flight with room to spare for a duty free bag containing 2 bottles and my jacket. It looks compact at first sight but you con get a lot in there. It saved me paying the 25 cost of priority and it only cost 18 so I’m on a winner already.

Easy to pack and carry. Not much space in the small pockets but that’s because I really filled the large one! The straps on the side allow you to make it much smaller when not carrying as much! Overall very pleased!

I needed a lightweight backpack for a holiday that also would fit underneath aircraft seat . I’ve now used it on my recent break and it was perfect . Really love the security sipped compartment at the back which is roomy enough for travel documents and a purse . It has so many compartments which allowed space for all my hand luggage bits and pieces . The only reason I scored it 4 out of 5 stars is there is almost too many sections . However once I’ve used it a few more times I will get to know what space is used for what item . Definitely recommend.

What a great bag for travelling! love that it expands to 180 and had a strap to hold your items secure and surprising the amount of room there is! plenty of zips and pockets. Really like the wet pocket for any items that might leak! perfect space for my tablet at the back. Great feature to put a power bank to charge devices and an anti theft pocket at the back for passport. Super comfy to wear and great for travelling!

The best cabin bag, loads of storage.perfect for everything in an organised manner
But would be 200% better if it was a shoulder strap rather than ‘backpack’ style.
The straps won’t fit the average adult (possibly a child)
Will definitely seeing I can redesign it to become shoulder style, then it’s perfect!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI spent hours looking for a bag to make sure I could get on a Ryanair flight who are strict with sizing. I settled on this one and when it arrived it looked so small! I measured it and it’s fairly accurate so I packed for 3 days clothes. I took the following:

    – 1 pair of jeans (as I was wearing another pair)
    – 3 polo tops (one was long sleeve)
    – 3 underwear
    – 3 socks
    – Toiletry bag (small)
    – 1 pair of flat trainers
    – Passport
    – Keys
    – Wipes

On the way back I even fit a long carton of duty free tobacco and 5x pouches!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much fit in. I even got another pair of flat trainers in the rear compartment!

There are a few compartments for items and the zip on the back is great for passport and cash/valuables. Good quality material and no issues with zips.

I measured in the blue official Ryanair box at the airport and it was snug, but it definitely fit. What helped was the 4 straps on each side of the bag to make it compress.

Very impressed so writing a review in case others had concerns like I did before going away. It was stressing me out but this did the job very well and kept me in check not over packing!!

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersThe size is smaller than described as 40x20x25cm – the total bag size is 37x15x25cm (25 is average width).

It also has child-sized straps and back – with just 29cm strap distance so it doesn’t sit well on your lower back, it rode high on my back and did not feel comfortable. I have pictured alongside an adult backpack, so the difference in strap sizes can be noticed.

The backpack itself was lovely – good quality fabric and made well. It took me quite a while to decide whether to keep it or not – but it just didn’t sit well on my back, so have returned.

The pockets are great sized and well placed.

The 2 side drinks pockets would be able to get 2 500 or slightly bigger slender bottles in, such as the metal versions. They were very deep pockets, and do not appear to loose their elasticity. I did like these – one of the reasons why I bought.

Also, the secret back pocket was a great addition, along with the laptop / flat back pocket and the 2 front pockets. Great features inside.

Whilst I am returning, I do feel this deserves 5 star for quality & durability – 4 star overall as the size is not 100% accurate and the straps are definitely too small for my back (I’m 5’6″)

4.0 out of 5 stars Great if it’s for a child!

The seems like good quality for the price, the zips look decent with good tabs on the zips, and there are multiple practical pockets. The side/bottle pockets look good with elastic to sides. The shoulder straps are well padded but I’m not sure how sturdy they are where they are sewn into the bag itself – would be risky if the bag were too heavy.
I bought as underseat luggage for Ryanair and dimensions state 20x25x40 and 20L. The bag looks wider so I measured and it was closer to 18x28x40 with scope to add to front pocket which would take depth up to 20cm+. As it isn’t rigid it should skwish down to the maximum size if not over-filled but I’m a bit concerned so will look for something else

As a flight carry-on, this will absolutely fit into the Ryanair/Easyjet type parameters, and the backpack unfolds well to allow for easy loading/unloading.

However, the straps are very short – almost the size of a child’s backpack. I’m 6ft tall and a size “L” in most things – I can barely get this on as the straps aren’t long/far apart enough for comfort.

My wife and daughter can both wear it (5’8″ and 5’6″ respectively) but even they struggle slightly if they’re wearing a relatively thick coat or jacket.

So it’ll do a job if you want to pack and be confident your bag will fit, but for out-of-the-plane comfort/useability, it’s not quite so useful.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI have been window shopping for a rucksack like this for absolutely ages. Things came to a head when we booked flights with cabin-only luggage. My current rucksack is tiny, and I needed a bag that maxed the hand luggage allowance on EasyJet. This rucksack fits the bill. I think it’s too big for Ryan Air hand luggage, so make sure you check the measurements with the airline before you get it. Note that EasyJet doesn’t really care how heavy your hand luggage is. You can get lighter bags than this, but I prefer a bag that feels robust, not light and flimsy.

Things I like about this bag:

There’s a padded pocket against the back of the rucksack for a small laptop. It would also be a good pocket for paper documents that you want quick access to.

There’s a big central cavity with a zip that allows you to open it up properly for packing. Regular rucksacks open from the top, and you have to rummage around for things. With this one, the front of the rucksack flips open completely, so you can pack it properly and organise your stuff well. Inside there are cross over luggage straps to hold your clothes down, like you would get in a suitcase. There’s a little hole you can slip a cable through if you want to charge a device or listen with earphones to something in your bag. On the opened flap, there’s a large net pocket, and a zipped waterproof pocket that would probably be handy for a wet swimming costume or smelly socks etc. Straps on the outside of the rucksack can be tightened to squeeze the contents down. Might be useful if you aren’t carrying that much, and don’t want your luggage sliding around and settling at the bottom of the bag.

There’s a small zipped pocket on the front of the rucksack. I might put my glasses or cigarettes in there, but nothing valuable, since it would be the easiest pocket to steal from. There’s a zipped pocket on the back of the rucksack for valuables, which could not be accessed unless you took the bag off your back.

On the front there’s also a big zipped pocket with organisation inside, including little slots for pens, a large zipped pocket, and a key fob clip. It’s a good pocket for your stationery, mints, comb, whatever.

On either side of the rucksack, there’s large pockets for drinks. I’m glad about this, because a lot of similar bags don’t have the drinks pockets, and I really wanted them.

On the back of the rucksack there’s a thick strap which you can slip over the long handles of a wheelie suitcase. I really wanted this feature, because it’s nice to take a heavy rucksack off and wheel it on your case now and then.

The rucksack has adjustable padded shoulder straps, and a sturdy handle on the top. The back of the bag is padded.

In all respects the quality of the materials, zips and clips feels very good, strong and sturdy. This isn’t a lightweight holdall that will lose its shape when you stuff it full of luggage, but a robust little rucksack with lots of features to make your packing and travelling efficient and easy.

I am really looking forward to using it. If I remember, I’ll return here once I’ve used it a few times, to update my review.

It’s a great little bag, plenty of pockets for different items. I like the hidden pocket on the back for phones, passports etc. It should be enough for a 2 day trip, and I can have it is a carry on item on the plane so I can avoid extra costs.

It will also make a great bag to use every day. I always underestimate just how much stuff I need to take with me when I’m out with my dogs, so this is the perfect size for that too.

I will agree with others that the photo cam be slightly misleading as the bag does look bigger in the pictures, but it is the exact size that it states in the description.

My mum loved the bag so much I’m going to have to order another one for her now!
