The tiles are good quality and easy to fit. The stick tape at the back holds the tile in place with no issue.
I didn’t purchase them for accoustic properties but if you cover the full wall they will dump some frequencies.
I was dubious about buying this as I’ve never had a good experience with sticky back tiles, but these are amazing. Easy to cut and stick, take some time to mark them out if you want them tight fitting. I have no idea about the sound deadening quality but it looks amazing and is a good quality product.
I bought this mainly to reduce faint noises across the wall, covered 90% of the wall surface – yet it made no noticeable difference to noise. However, it gives a new look to a room!
Great product used on wall to reduce sound to neighbour. Worked a dream. Ordered some extra to go round rest of dart board for any stray shots from the kids
I found these devices quite handy as not only because you can stick to them to the wall and they look good, but they also dampen sound quite considerably!
They are self-adhesive you can stick them together so they form an cohesive wall with no gaps or you can stick them randomly to make them look interesting and they have a lessening dampening sound effect but still okay.
Used these to replace some horrible looking black sponge sound panels in our shared (2ppl) home office. It’s really helped with the echo, sound on calls and they look great. Easy to install, just make sure the first one is square and your off. I used a book as a spacer! No tools needed.
They look great Don’t know if they work. My flatmate hasn’t complained about any noise, but I only did just put them up. I can’t hear him any less than I did before but they look good and easy to put on the wall. The adhesive is just enough to hold it on the wall, but I don’t think the wall paint would peel off if I were to remove them.
These are pretty good value in my opinion and it’s nice that they have an adhesive back rather than coming with those awful clear sticky pads like others do.
These work pretty well and cover a good area so definitely help in some parts with sound dampening and also to dull some of the room ambience.
This product was easy to cut and stick to the wall. The backing paper is easy to remove (Some other product have thin backing paper which tears.) I was able just by using these tiles to cut the decibel level to 50% of the source in the next room.
These acoustic panels do seem to work well, although they are a bit thinner than I expected. We have put them on a wall in my husband’s drum studio, they were easy to apply as they are self-adhesive. I’d recommend using a spirit level to get them straight though!
They look really good, and for 24.99 you get 12 of them, which seems pretty good value if you needed to get more packs.
The 12 Pack Self-adhesive Hexagon Acoustic Panels by TONOR are a game-changer when it comes to soundproofing. Whether you have a recording studio, office, or home theater, these panels offer outstanding sound deadening and insulation properties.
The high-density foam construction effectively absorbs unwanted echoes and reverberations, creating a more balanced and acoustically pleasing environment. The self-adhesive backing makes installation a breeze, allowing you to easily mount the panels on walls without the need for additional adhesives.
Measuring 30x26x0.9cm, the hexagon-shaped panels have a sleek and modern design that adds a touch of style to any space. The vibrant yellow color brings a pop of personality and liveliness to your room.
Not only do these panels enhance the sound quality, but they also contribute to a more comfortable and productive atmosphere. They are particularly useful in minimizing noise disturbances and improving focus in office settings.
Overall, the TONOR 12 Pack Self-adhesive Hexagon Acoustic Panels offer an excellent soundproofing solution with easy installation and a visually appealing design. Transform your space into a sonically enhanced and aesthetically pleasing environment with these top-quality acoustic panels.
Good looking and effective in removing echos, though to be fair, not much more as these are fairly solid and thin foam. They are good quality, and very consistent in appearance, and they stick well and were really easy to apply.
You get a reasonable amount of wall coverage from these, and the price is OK compared to the competition, but it’s still very expensive to cover a full wall. If I needed more than a couple of packs, I would probably go with a cheaper solution, but for a small home studio or live streaming setup, this is a good solution.
Since working from home in my spare room my captured audio has suffered. I was looking for something to help cut down the amount of sound coming through the door to my office. Along with some additional items, these tiles really did the trick for a budget price.
Although they aren’t going to produce amazing results, they certainly absorb a lot of background noise. They will not be able to eliminate or reduce the sound that’s coming through gaps they aren’t covering. If your sound is coming through a wall, covering the wall in these should significantly help.
If your sound is coming from a door, as was my case, these tiles should be the first step you take in fixing the issue. I suggest providing so dampening moulds around the frame too, along with these.
The adhesion is very strong so I suggest placing these where you want them with drawing pins or blueback before permanently placing them down. Once adhered to a surface you will struggle to remove them.
Highly recommend.
As I sit next to a bare wall and spend a lot of time on conference calls, I was looking for something to control the reverb and the TONOR Acoustic Panels appeared to fit the bill.
I’m not looking at studio quality audio, so the 9mm thick panels are a firm dense foam and seemed like a decent compromise and having the panels come with pre-applied adhesive was also a big plus.
You get 12 panels in the pack and these were more than enough to line the walls to meet my requirements, though they are low cost supporting more packs if needed.
The panels are a consistent size and shape and mesh together well, leaving me happy enough with the look and the performance.
These acoustic panels are very easy to apply, you just peel and stick to the wall. Not sure how easy they’ll be to remove though if you’re renting.
They’re thinner than I was expecting.
They do help to absorb some of the sound and they also look great up on the wall but we’re probably going to need to purchase a second pack for it to really be effective.
These pads will help tame high frequency and reverb. They provide some absorption , but I doubt they’ll do much for standing waves etc , you need six inch thick bass traps for that. Most low frequency content will just go right through these and still bounce off your walls. To be fair they don’t advertise to deal with the lower end on rooms but saying they help standing waves is a bit of a stretch.
If stoping high frequency echo or a room with a lot of reverb , these will help. I’ve used them in the spot for first reflections , they won’t deal with that much , but it’s slightly better than nothing.
Never the less a streamer/ caster or just somebody wanting to tame high frequency echoing should find these help.
They are made well and are quite large , I didn’t use the included sticky as that stuff doesn’t come off, so I put them up with nano tape that won’t mark my walls.
Just under 25 pounds is a fair price , but I wish they would say wether they are fire resistance , because if they are not , I would strongly suggest that you don’t cover a wall with these.
