If you do any work with objects too large to rotate by hand inspection mirrors are invaluable and it was long overdue that i got a pair. I have tried using an endoscope but the image quality i find to he not great so i decided to pick these up.
It’s a set of 2 mirrors of different sizes. Each has the same length of telescopic arm.
There is lots of adjustment with these. They are telescopic in length and a double hinge for the angle. Which work easily and flawlessly. They are stiff enough to hold the angle and easy enough to extend and set
The grips are nobbled and just feel cheap and unpleasant, but they do the trick and don’t slip easily. The grips are the one thing i really don’t like.
The mirror is polished beautifully and nice and clear to pick up the smallest detail. I used these to inspect the inside of a wine barrel and with some skilful light shining was able to get an accurate, clear view of what was going on ( it was all good).

These are ideal little inspection mirrors. The set comes in 2 sizes so you are more likely to have a useful size for a given space. Both have mirrors mounted on the end of telescopic rods similar to old fashioned car arials. The rods are nice and stiff – no sag to make manoeuvering them awkward – and the articulated fixtures holding the mirrors are easy to adjust while still firm enough so they don’t deflect at the slightest touch in use. It would be nice if they came in a case od some sort but at < 8 for the set they're pretty good value and you can't expect everything 🙂 .
