I’ve owned several sets of resistance bands previously and can confidently recommend these ones. The levels of resistance provided come from very light to very heavy, which is useful for exercising all different muscles. They’re a good length which makes them appropriate for everything from wrist and shoulders, right up to legs and hips. The longer bands can be used for assisted pull-ups over a pull-up bar. I’m trying to work towards being able to do a one-armed pull-up so by having a variety of resistances this provides me with a good way of gradually reducing the support needed.
Overall, very happy with the quality of these and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

These bands are excellent quality and a great variety of strengths – be careful not to over exert . The different strength bands can be used for different exercises to different parts of the body!
