Nice basic mat, cheap and cheerful but does what it should.
Perfectly good for taking the edge off hard floors and giving you a non slip surface to work out on.
Rolls up easily, easy to clean, lightweight and has a carrying strap.
Great portable mat at a good price.
I love using this mat as it’s really comfortable to use and I can’t feel the floor as we have wooden flooring, it definitely softens the comfort.
It’s fairly easy to roll up and comes with a carry handle to put of the mat which is always handy as it keeps it rolled up nicely.
Man kann lange auf den Knien verweilen ob bei Yoga oder Liegesttzen Knie bleiben geil .. quietscht ein bisschen wenn man etwas aktiver mit den Beinen aktiv ist (Hampelmann z.b) aber ansonsten top !!’
Ce tapis de yoga et de taille idale, il a aussi une bonne paisseur, ce qui le rend confortable pour les exercices au sol. La qualit est trs bien, le tapis est solide. Il reste bien en place sur le sol et c’est une matire qui est facile nettoyer. Il y a des lastiques avec poigne de transport pour le garder enroul lorsqu’on ne l’utilise pas. Je suis trs satisfaite de ce tapis de yoga qui a un bon rapport qualit-prix.

This is indeed a basic mat, but it’s a good size and really comfortable and supportive. It’s lightweight but being thick and 61cm wide it’s not the smallest when rolled up.
