Looks and feels just like a much more expensive manufacturer’s products. I don’t know what it’ll be like in the long term, but now it works brilliantly and cuts really cleanly. I’d give it six stars for value for money if the option was there.
Simply awesome cutters, im fussy about tools but could not justify the cost of a named brand for something i may not use that often, these pruners are very well built, feel very nice in the hand plus super powerful, I cut a massive amount of heavy branches of 15 – 20mm on the 1st day, didn’t miss a beat, make sure you already own makita lxt batteries as this is the tool only, you won’t regret buying this one, note! these things won’t take any prisoners, use the buit in safety options between cuts.

I’ve been using this for a few hours now VERY IMPRESSIVE took a chance on a make I don’t know and they haven’t let me down quality blade dead easy to use lovely grippy handle keep your fingers out of the way! As fast as you can pull the trigger it will cut got 100 metres of thick hedge (20-25mm) I’m using a makita 2amp battery to keep the weight down you don’t need a heavy duty battery 2 hours use battery still at 75% if you have makita tools this is a must buy
These are very good to use. They do exactly what the specs say. The 2.5ah batteries that come with them are light but last for hundreds of cuts. I have used them on site to greatly reduce a large laurel hedge and an overgrown photonics bush. I would happily recommend these to any good gardener. Being that they are battery it is important you are concentrating on every cut. They also take makita batteries which is an added bonus if you use makita tools as I do.
Excellent and powerful cordless pruner for a fraction of the price of some well known brands. I did well over 100 cuts pruning apple trees including some fairly thick branches and the battery was still nearly full. The cuts were very clean. It is slightly fiddly to get the blades open at the start with double presses of the trigger but I think that is probably an essential safety feature. My Makita BL batteries do fit but I haven’t needed to use them as the supplied batteries seem fine.
