Bought this one for my pregnant friend. She has everything for the baby except this. So decided to gift her this baby carrier on her baby shower. She is happy and telling me she loves it.
Baby is comfortable in this and I love how it looks. However it’s too big for me to wear and baby sits too low, not like the instruction where you must be able to comfortably reach baby’s head which makes it uncomfortable to wear. Nothing wrong with the carrier itself, I’m 4’11 and of slight build so anyone under 5 foot, may be too big.
It gets quite warm for me and baby when wearing too but it’s manageable.
Will wait until baby is a bit bigger to see if it fits better.
Very soft material. My little girl is too big for it now at 5 months but it is straight forward to use for a new small baby. Most others I found were hard, outdoor material.
Straps are very supportive.
Have purchased cheaper carriers before which were tricky to use and uncomfortable, this one is so easy and comfortable & easy to adjust , my baby loves it and spends hours in it everyday!
Bought this for my third baby and this is by far the best one I’ve used. It is so easy to put on by yourself and baby is so snug, the fabric is also really soft. Really pleased with it.
I bought this as I have a petite frame and I liked how soft the material looked.
Easy to use and baby slots in comfortably.
My back can get a bit achey however that could be down to how I’m fitting it!
Great design and versatile, my baby is 5 weeks and fits in it perfectly. It feels very secure and I could wear it for long periods of time with no discomfort.
Comfy and easy to use when you get the hang of it. Sturdy and holds baby securely due to the in built seat. Stylish and did not cause any discomfort to my abdomen. I wore it just over 4 weeks after my c section. It is positioned higher up the back than other carriers so is further away from the incision site.
Yep this is great, comfortable to wear and doesn’t hurt your back and my baby falls asleep quickly in it when walking so must be comfortable for her.
We use it for walks where the buggy won’t gowalking the dogs, muddy walks and definitely at the beach. Absolute life saver and very well made.
I love this product and even bought a second one. It’s very simple to use, light to carry, easy to wash, stylish and safe. I definitely recommend this to everyone. Though it started to be too heavy to use at 9 months as it doesn’t have the hip support so I may buy the Harmony soon.
I highly recommend this carrier. I tried few carriers and this was by far the the most lightweight, easy/quick to wear and adjust , and my baby feels comfortable and safe . I’ve been using this every single day especially when I’m doing my household chores. Fits really good. My back feels supported and doesn’t hurt .. Value for money .
This was the easiest carrier we tested to assemble, wear and place baby in. Gives the right amount of support with the minimum amount of material. This enables as much direct contact between myself and baby which is what we were looking for. We also have one of the mesh ones but that’s far more heavy duty and better for out and about town. This is ideal for around the house. Would highly recommend.
Amazing how my baby enjoyed being in it every single time! We started using it once he was 2 weeks old and he is 2+ months now and pretty much every other day we take him in it. We used it for 1) At home when he is clingy or wants us to walk him around to put to sleep.. also this has been so helpful as this was the only way I could get my hands free to get other stuff done too. 2) To take him out for short walks around home or for a quick visit to cafes, supermarket etc. He loved to observe his surrounding by being in it and eventually falls asleep. For us it has been more convenient than a stroller as it’s super quick to wear him and step out of the house. We have used it for 2-3 hours at a stretch and yet it has been good on our backs. (Although I should say our baby isn’t that big, about 5.3 Kgs at 10 weeks)
We were going to buy the ‘move’ model and will eventually go for it when he is closer to 8-10 months but for a newborn this has been wonderful. The jersey one especially feels so snug for a newborn!
Great product which is usable from birth. For us it has been a life saver the first month as with undiagnosed silent reflux it was impossible to put baby on his back for even 5mins without uncontrollable crying. Meanwhile all friends and family unable to see him due to covid restrictions were saying its normal for small babies to cry a lot so we persevered thinking this is what it’s like. Try doing laundry or making lunch / eating with that backdrop! Enter baby bjorn to the rescue! Has allowed me to feed myself (wearing a muslin cloth over his head) and do some day to day housekeeping jobs when the paternity leave ended. Not sure how I could have managed without it. Hopefully with a diagnosis finally I’ll now be less dependent on having baby upright at all times and this this carrier, but still recommend this product for anyone who want a calm baby and still get things done around the house. Material could be better as it bobbles a bit with daily wear but at least it’s nice and soft.
We initially bought cheap and regretted it – a basic carrier from Mothercare. It did up around the back which made it impossible to put on and take off yourself, and the material was stiff and uncomfortable.
So we decided to plunge for this carrier instead after having previous Babybjorn carriers and we’re so glad we did.
Someone has actually designed this carrier, you can single handedly put your baby in and take them out without having to contort your arms around behind your back like a contortionist climbing into a washing machine.
You can adjust the main carrier bit too accommodate your little one as they grow, and there are 2 extra safety fasteners around the legs for when they’re a bit smaller.
The head part of the carrier can keep your little ones head steady so their head doesn’t flop all around the place, or you can fold it down for when you have them facing outwards. The key thing being that it can still fasten down to keep your little one secure.
And to top it off, the material of this carrier is so soft and comfy, it’s a joy to wear and our little one is very happy in it.
My wife and I have been using this for 24h. Our initial experience have been very positive!
We have a 1month old baby who wants to cling on to us all the time. We have tried the soft sling but it was very fiddly and the baby didn’t like it.
This product is a godsend. I can now type on the keyboard, do some reading, or some (very light) housework with the baby sound asleep in this carrier. The carrier is very easy to put on, and required only 10mins of me reading the manual. It is also machine washable!
There are some disadvantages though:
1. It’s not cheap
2. Baby cannot be too small – the lower limit of the official manufacturer guidance is 3.2kg. Our baby is on the smaller side, and we found that we had to really pull our carrier tight in order to keep him snug.
3. The head guard is a little fiddly – if I pull it too tight the fold might be too close to my baby’s face. So I had to really adjust it/fold it down so that it doesn’t obstruct my baby’s airway.
Note that this product is not on the ‘Hip Health Products’ list of the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. It might be because the product is quite new. We found that our baby’s hip when in the carrier is in a good ‘M’ position though so i think it’s fine.
Overall this product is awesome, and I think worth every penny.
I would recommend everyone who wants to try baby wearing to read up on the ‘TICKS’ baby sling safety tips first.
