Xl fits well I’m 6ft3in i wear it all day as super comfy my posture is much improved after my back problems. Easy to adjust for a good tight fit but not too tight.
I am absolutely happy with my back support it definitely has started to help my back and my spine and posture more only had it a few days and with the work I do at amazon it definitely helps out alot and in happy with it. And it is easy to use and the quality is really good. And the straps are easy to use and adjust.
This is exactly what I was looking for, it fits perfectly and I’ve had it on for lengthy periods of the day and evening.
I can feel the benefits of it already.
Fantastic product on your website.
Thank you and kind regards

Have had a bad back for years. This item is very supportive & comfortable. Wish I had ordered large as the medium sits a little high for my particular back issue.
I’ve been using this for a few months now as a way to correct my shoulder posture I’ve been using it for a hour or so a few times a day over the last few months and my doctor has said it has made a barely noticeable impact but it has done something! Maybe this would have a better effect depending on the severity of the posture correction required. Overall it has made a difference to my posture so it does work. I would give 5 stars as it has actually done something and maybe with more time will continue to correct my spine the reason I have knocked a star off is the underarm straps are very uncomfortable even with extra layers padding out the area you still end up with noticeable marks under the arms.
All good. The padding under the armpits should be increased as prolonged wearing causes redness. If worn, whilst working or on a warm day, it will causing sweat. Best to wear for few hours only, at a time.
I’m 65, an obese diabetic for most of my life who swapped to a keto diet a year ago. Despite loosing 4 stone, my back and neck gets worse as time goes on. I’m a developer who spends far too much time stooped over a MacBook or my iPad, old eyes compound the issue by making me lean forward with a bent neck 12 hours a day. I’ve had a few of these “posture correctors” mostly the slim figure of 8 style things that just pull your shoulders back. None of them do much more than annoy you or get in your way. But, reading about these devices made me think that a better quality one might do more and boy is that true!
This particular one is more like a harness than the other flimsy things I’ve tried! It’s instantly recognisable as well made, has almost infinitely adjustable tension and position, pulls your shoulders back and down like it needs to but adds stability with a boned back and strap. I have a full on corset I wear if my disk slips and this gives a similar support higher up your back. All in all, very comfortable and easy to adjust to the level of correction you feel you need. But there’s more!
Pull the back down, tighten the (comfortably wide) stomach belt, cinch the shoulder straps and boy has it got some pull! I got the same ‘reset’ effect on my upper back and shoulders wearing this for just 20 minutes as I normally get from an uncomfortable 2 hours lying on a hard floor! Your mileage may vary but for me it would be hard to improve on! Time will tell, so I’ll start with half an hour a day (you could probably wear it all day with a more relaxed adjustment) and work up, but I already feel it’s going to do some good.
Buy a size larger than you think you’ll need, especially if you have a stomach, it’s Velcro so it will adjust, and take the ‘invisible under clothes’ with a pinch of salt. Wear a t-shirt under it (especially if you are hairy) This is more function than form!
