This is a good little trimmer that I have asked my son to test for me. He seems very happy with the various attachments to keep his beard trimmed. Battery life is reasonable and muck less cumbersome than his last trimmer which needed to be plugged in.

This trimmer set gives you all the tools you need for at-home haircuts and beard maintenance. The sharp blades and adjustable settings provide a precise and comfortable trim. The LED display and long battery life add convenience. While it may not be the most heavy-duty trimmer, this is a great option for regular grooming needs.
By a strange coincidence, this BarberBoss Men’s Grooming Kit arrived on the very day that my previous rechargeable trimmer went to meet its maker. As is the case with many modern devices that rely on built-in batteries, one either has to accept this built-in obsolescence or revert back to trimming beards with comb and scissors or going to a barber shop once a week.
That aside, this product is very well-made and looks more like the kind of trimmer you would see in daily use in a barber’s shop. It’s a little heavier than my previous model (RIP) but it’s a lot more sturdy. The adjustment lever is extremely useful although this does add a bit more weight.
I like the fact that it has a USB Type-C input and a nice-looking digital charge level display.
My previous model (RIP) was fitted with a ceramic and steel blade whereas this one is all steel. To be honest, in terms of wear, I doubt that it matters much since the batteries will be long gone before the blades wear out.
If you are tempted to try to cut your own hair with this device, I suggest you watch a few training videos and be prepared to wear a hat for a few days. It can certainly be done by a third party but they need to be skilled in the art and not prone to wild artistic outbursts.

I am a (non-professional) barber in the household and this is a replacement for my “the other well-known” brand. So to compare, this is slightly heavier and quieter. The battery life is good -so far, and I particularly like the accessories, which I didn’t get on my previous brand. This makes it a great value for money.
Great design, is comfortable to hold/use and I am happy with the performance too. Well deserved five stars.
This set of Barber Boss clippers is actually quite impressive for the price. Inside the box you have the clippers, a set combs and accessories, oil, as well as plenty of useful documentation. The clippers themselves feel good quality with a nice finish. The clippers are reasonably powerful and plenty food enough for home use.

When I hold the BarberBoss Beard Trimmer, its quality is immediately evident. It has a satisfying weight to it, likely due to its sturdy alloy construction. The titanium-ceramic blades ensure a consistently clean and sharp shave every time, without any pulling or tugging. Additionally, the adjustable knob on the side allows for effortless switching between four different length settings. With the inclusion of six guide combs and a protective comb, we have everything necessary for a complete haircut experience right out of the box. In comparison to other trimmers I’ve used, it operates almost silently – just a soft hum as you trim away. The LED display provides a clear indication of the remaining battery life. Priced at 26.99, it offers excellent value for the quality it delivers.
If like me you like to keep your hair and beard in check and nicely groomed, then having a good set of clippers is a key piece of equipment!
First impressions on this are that a similar size to the clippers that you’ll see used in the barbers, so a lot larger than most ‘consumer’ aimed units. In the box you also get a bib and a bag to store the unit in, which means its good for travel use.
There are a selection of height guards combs, ranging from 0.5 to 4 on the normal hair length scale, and you also get a little bottle of oil, USB cable and brush, along with a long comb with different spaced bristles.
Performance wise it is very good, and has a LED battery display on the front, which is a nice touch! I think being described as a Beard trimmer firstly, and a hair trimmer secondly is the wrong way around, as it is too large for intricate detail on the beard, but that said it is very good for the all over beard trim, I used a no 3 blade then a no 2 for the cheek area, and that was a lot easier and faster than with a small trimmer. All you need do then is use a detail trimmer to give some definition.
Overall this feels like a very well made unit, along with its accessories, and also comes in a very nice set of packaging, which I feel would make it ideal for a gift for occasions like fathers day. At 26.99 currently I think this is very good value, so would highly recommend
