Item received in good condition and folded very flat. Once opened out it’s surprisingly big and clever how they pack it so small. The fabric is very good quality and easily keeps rain off your car.

In terms of fitting it went over our car with ease and with the straps to fit it snugly we have not had any problems with it blowing off. Maybe this will be different in winter trying to fit it in bad weather when it’s windy might be more challenging.

It fits well and this will be such a help in the winter especially not having to worry about defrosting frozen windscreens every day.

I ordered this with the knowledge that my car was 5cm too long according to the measurements provided however when I came to try it on my Jaguar XF it was as if it was designed for my car. The wing mirror gloves were in exactly the right place , the length was spot on everything just fitted right.
I did fit it myself but must say it would have been a lot easier with 2 people.
I like that it is lined with a softer fabric that is less likely to scratch the paintwork.
Because of it’s near perfect fit it stays on the car even when it is windy thanks to the elastic edging – there are a couple of straps that pass under the car for complete security however I don’t use these as they would touch the exhaust and unless I waited for the car to coll down they would melt or burn.
It has two zipped sections by the driver and passenger door which allow me to get into the car without removing the entire cover which can be very convenient,
However on my cover neither of the zips were oversown which resulted in the zipper coming off when I unzipped it, I’ve now fixed this by oversewong it myself but it is something to watch for. One of the seams was also a bit loose and not secure (see photo) but it was only one seam the rest are fine.
Putting it away after use is a bit of a game but it does come with a cloth bag in which to store it but you do have to fold it up quite tidily to get it to fit, I have gone for a vacuum storage bag (not supplied) as it makes it a lot smaller to store.
Overall because of it’s almost perfect fit for my car it would have been a definite 5* but the final bits of quality control on the seam stitching and the zip oversewing means I can only give it 4.

I requested this to cover my car during snowy periods and to protect it from the very sticky sap that falls from the trees during spring/summer. I put it on when it arrived yesterday and was very surprised to find how well it fits, the mirror pockets are in the right place and the door zips are over both front doors making them easily accessible. There is more room at the back than I need but would probably be big enough for a squarer backed estate style car.

Things I was disappointed with, and why I docked one star is the strap that should go under the car and fasten with a buckle on the other side does not seem long enough – or heavy enough to chuck through, and there was only a buckle clip on one side so could not be fastened there anyway. The storage bag is made of that toughened paper, unfortunately not toughened enough to be able to sqeeze the bag into with out the same coming apart and the top tearing.

Just after putting it on to try for size it started to rain and blow, and the rain continued heavily throughout the night. My car is still dry and the soft lining ensures it is not scratched. If it was not for the strap and missing buckle I would have given 5*++ .

You do need space to dry it out before packing away if it is wet when you take it off your car, a lot of line space.
