Very comfortable to wear. But does not reduce snoring. If your aim is to reduce or stop snoring then this may disappoint. If aim is to support neck and get good posture, this is a good neck brace.
I found this item to be a hidden gem, as it does a great good deal in helping me with my neck problems. It’s high quality, while also being affordable and I fully recommend it to everyone who’s ever been in pain for a long time. Using it has absolutely changed my life for the better.
First night wearing this… and wasn’t holding out much hope that it’d still be worn by the morning, but managed to get a full night..
4 days later and the support has softened just enough to provide a bit more comfort.
I purchased this to try to remedy one issue and it has sorted that, but I (and my wife) have also noticed several other benefits – no more snoring, no neck/headache…
I was debating whether to go for this – or one of the head/chin straps, but this seems to suit me better as it also controls my head posture.
It’s obviously not for everyone, and bear in mind it’ll take a few nights to get used to having the collar on, but now I’m past that phase, I don’t mind it – i guess eventually it’ll feel weird sleeping without it..!
It’s helping with neck pain stemming from my lower back and wear it on evening to stop the constant bend when on my phone
It’s not amazingly comfortable but it’s ok and does what it needs to. Personally I wish it wasn’t at tall as my chin a bit trained but I do therefore keep my chin slightly in i
Have been having sleep issues for a while (O2 dropping mulitiple times whilst sleeping at night and still feeling tired in the morning), still waiting for nhs clinic review 12 months on!
It took a couple of nights to get used to sleeping with it on, but now it feels completly normal to sleep with it on.
Wearing it each night has helped reduce the number of O2 drops I’ve having and my morning tiredness has greatly improved. Not completely solved the issue but improved my sleep so much and feeling a lot better during the day now.
Recovering from a neck injury and needed something to take the weight and stress off my neck but small and lightweight (unlike the head brace supplied by NHS) in particular when sleeping, to allow me to lay my head on the pillow comfortably but to stop me flexing and moving my neck to much to allow quick recovery. For me it’s been perfect! And I shall continue to use it.
I have a lot of trouble with my neck after an injury several years ago, and at times I feel my head is just too heavy for me to hold up. So I thought I’d give a neck support a try and I read all the info on each product before making a decision. The reason I chose this one is because it gave me the option of 2 different heights of foam. The unfortunate thing is that because I am a short person all over, even the smallest of the two heights is too much to be comfortable under my chin. So it’s not the product that’s at fault – in fact its soft texture feels lovely – it’s just that I need one a bit shorter than I can buy off the shelf.
