Good quality and really easy to setup. However, to describe this as a 3 – 4 man tent is an exaggeration. It is at most a 1-2 man tent, and is still small for a full sized adult (I’m 6 ft 1″)
Putting the tent down was a bit more trickier and the instructions that come with it are of no help in honesty. Fortunately the seller has included a video on this page which proved more useful.
Can’t criticize too much because it is certainly worthy of its value and looks great. Material is great quality but have yet to test it’s waterproofness as of ye
Setting up the tent takes just about a minute as you dont need to fumble with poles and instructions!
The extended floor mat porch area is a thoughtful addition, providing extra space for shoes and bags, keeping the interior clean and organised. I also like the lamp hook which we used for hooking head torches which makes them easy to grab at night.
I can confirm it kept us dry during heavy rain and the tent seems sturdy enough to withstand very strong winds, and doesnt rustle at all, making for a pleasant nights sleep.
Ive never owned a tent before but wanted to try a bit of camping so got this tent as the reviews looked great. On first inspection the material feels robust and waterproof and the pieces feel they are solid and made from good quality material to make it sturdy and safe. I’ve not had chance to erect this fully, but it seems like it would be a good waterproof te
Quite easy to set up, another helper would be nice.
Quite rigid once assemble and secured with the pegs.
Umbrella style top for the easy pop up and lock in place.
Liking the sections, keeping your belongings separated from the resting area.
It is very light at just under 5kg, easily carried with included case or backpack.
Taking about 10-15 mins to set up, and the same to put it away.
Once done, you can lay in or sit back to enjoy.
Very good price at only under 84 with voucher.
The Cflity Camping Tent is designed for ease of use and versatility, making it an excellent choice for camping enthusiasts. This 3-man pop-up tent boasts an automatic instant setup, a three-layer waterproof design, and a host of features that promise comfort and convenience in various weather conditions.
Design and Build Quality
The Cflity Camping Tent features a modern, aerodynamic dome design with an extended floor mat porch and two hall poles for additional stability. The tent’s materials feel robust, and the stitching appears to be durable, suggesting that it can withstand regular camping use. The inclusion of a removable rainfly adds to its versatility, making it suitable for different weather conditions.
Setup and Ease of Use
One of the standout features of this tent is its automatic instant setup. The pop-up mechanism works flawlessly, allowing the tent to be set up within minutes. This is particularly useful for campers who prefer a hassle-free setup, especially after a long day of hiking or traveling. The process of taking the tent down is equally straightforward, making it a convenient option for quick camping trips.
Space and Comfort
The tent is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults. The extended floor mat porch provides extra space for gear storage or relaxation, while the two hall poles ensure that the tent remains stable and roomy. The three-layer design offers excellent insulation, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the tent, regardless of the season. Ventilation is well-thought-out, with multiple mesh windows and vents that allow for airflow without letting in insects.
Included is 1 camping tent, 2 poles, 12 steel stakes, 6 wind ropes, 1 instruction manual and 1 carry bag.
The tent is for three people, but I would say two people to be comfortable.
The system is original, let’s hope that the upper part with its click mechanism lasts over time, as if we break a piece it will be useless.
It is watertight and ventilated properly. I like the inside pocket.
The size of the bag is to big for biker or hiking use and the bag would benefit from being thicker with a stronger zip closure.
This tent will be OK for use for a short weekend trip.
First of all it is super easy to unfold it. You just pull the top thing up and that secures the tent with supportint poles clicking into place and that is it. Obviously, you still have to put the pegs into the ground and you have poles for putting up a porch. Unfortunately, folding it back is not that easy. It is sort of like large umbrella that you have to just find the way to do it without breaking anything. Unfortunately, the joints where two poles meat are plastic and I reckon they will snap at some point. However, this makes the whole tent very light and easy to move around even when it is unfolded.
The materials used seems thin which is good for sunny weather but not too great for rainy days.
There is enough space for 3 people but it will be a little bit tight inside for 3 adults.
There is a pocket inside for some documents ect as well as a hook to hang some light.
Overall for ~79 it is not bad as it gives you very easy assembly and enough room for 3 people.
Unfortunately, the materials used and the whole mechanism of folding unfolding this tent is not too durable but if you are careful enough it should last for a while.
Got this for summer camping, but decided to try it out before we go and check it all worked.
It really is easy to put up. You have a user manual which is one graphic sheet, and that’s all you need.
First fold out each corner. When you do this note that each corner pole has a locking dogleg (where the yellow stickers are) and you need to unfold it in line with the hinge part so you don’t damage it.
Once all 4 corners are out, you lift the centre section and the 4 corner poles should lock out. If not just lock them out. An assistant might help here while you do the centre section, but it was easy enough for me to do it on my own. With the 4 corner poles locked out, if you push the top down slightly whilst pushing the centre handle down this helps the top section lock out.
You are effectively done at this point. Just peg out the tent and attach the poles for the sunshade.
It really is easy, compared to building out the frame and then fitting the tent cover over like on older tents.
Roomy inside and all fabric/construction looks good.
To put down, just reverse what you did to put it up.
there is plenty of room in the supplied carry bag, so you aren’t struggling to stuff the tent in when finished.
Recommended.
Really liking this tent. Plenty of space just for me. Have improved the floor with interlocking matting as 9 square fit just right. The porch flap can sag onto the inner when zipped down so need to peg it out tight. I used some thin poles inside the vestibule to help.
