The Dash Cam Front and Rear Camera is a comprehensive surveillance system for your vehicle. The 1080P front camera provides crystal-clear footage of the road ahead, while the 720P rear camera captures everything behind you. The inclusion of a 32GB card ensures ample storage for your recordings.

The 3” IPS screen offers a vivid display of your recordings, making it easy to review footage on the go. The loop recording feature is particularly useful, as it ensures the camera continuously records without interruption, overwriting the oldest files when the card is full.

The G-Sensor is an essential safety feature that detects sudden movements or impacts, automatically saving and locking the footage to prevent it from being overwritten. This can be crucial in the event of an accident.

Lastly, the parking monitor provides peace of mind by recording any incidents that occur while your car is parked. Overall, this dash cam is a reliable choice for drivers seeking extra security and accountability on the road. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it a valuable addition to any vehicle.

Ease of use and quality of footage are the two most important aspects I was interested in when I got this camera.

I am pleased to say that it delivers on both fronts.

After reading the manual I was quite quickly able to learn and use most of the main features and put them to good use. As I have used it more I have become increasingly aware of all the smaller features too, which does make a big difference to what I get out of using this.

The quality of the footage is also impressive in my opinion. Colours are clear and even objects at a reasonable distance have a decent amount of clarity to them.

Night vision is also good and is important to me as I do a lot of night driving. It picks up things well and I can clearly see everything in the footage. No blur at all.

This is my first time getting a dash cam and it’ll give me a bit more piece of mind. This camera was easy to set up and it comes with all things included, so it wasn’t nearly as intimidating to get to grips with it as I initially thought. Even the rear camera was easy too. As long as you can find a good route so the cables aren’t in the way, it was a piece of cake.

It even comes with an SD card that’s able to hold a couple hours of footage, and it also means you have a simple method to backing up all the footage on your computer as well. I have a few SD cards laying around and I found that this camera was compatible with them after formatting them, so I have a lot of run time with this camera.

In regards to the quality of the image itself, I think it’s about what you’d expect for a camera in this price range – it feels like a lower resolution that’s being upscaled to 1080p, which gives it this slight blocky look to it, which also means that a lot of storage space feels a bit wasted too; you’re dealing with 1080p filesizes but the resolution feels like standard definition. If you needed a camera that can capture very fine details you might have to look elsewhere.

However, the camera itself was simple to operate since it uses button controls and it does have a pretty good screen on it. So I don’t think it’s a bad dash cam, but it really depends on how fine the details you need the camera to be.

4.0 out of 5 stars I like it, as long as you understand its limitations

I’ve been really impressed with this dashcam; it’s jam-packed with features, making it an excellent choice for someone like me who’s just dipping their toes into the market. Plus, it’s a great deal since it comes with a reversing camera kit, adding even more value. The front camera has a wide 170-degree field of view, while the rear camera covers 140 degrees, giving me a comprehensive view of the road. It’s a step up from my old Nextbase model, which only had a 120-degree view.

Setting it up was a breeze with everything I needed included in the kit. I just plugged the power cable into my car’s 12-volt accessory socket; although there’s no option for permanent wiring, it’s understandable given the price. One thing to note, though, is that if your socket turns off automatically, it might affect the camera’s parking sensor feature. Also, the camera’s internal battery is a bit small, so it might not last long enough if I want to use it in parking mode.

The cameras themselves are pretty standard, with a 1080P front camera and a 720P rear camera. I do wish the SD card included had a larger capacity; 32GB seems a bit limited, although it can be expanded to 64GB. I found the screen size to be adequate for monitoring and playback, and the night vision feature works well in low-light conditions. However, it’s not quite as clear as daylight.

I appreciate the additional features like 24-hour parking monitoring and motion detection. The controls are straightforward to use, although I did find the menus a bit confusing at first. One thing I wish it had was the option to input my registration number into the video frame, but that’s a minor gripe.

Installing the rear camera as a reversing camera was a bit involved, but nothing too difficult. I used the included tool to lift the trim panels, although it was a bit small for the job. Mounting it near the number plate was straightforward, although I’m not sure how it’ll hold up in a car wash. Overall, though, I’m really happy with this dashcam; it’s a great entry-level option with some fantastic features.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great budget-friendly camera and easy to operate.

This camera is a great price, especially with a rear camera also. It takes some work to put in the cables and you can perform a professional job with the supplied cables, but the plug still must be connected to the cigarette lighter socket. Someone may want to remove the plug and connect directly to the ignition depending on the car model. The cam holder that sticks to the screen has a strong suction. But the plastuc hook that connects the camera to the holder is a really bad design and it can take some work to get the camera to stay on the holder. Other more expensive cameras have a magnet that sticks the camera to the holder, but this one has a plastic hook. It is good that the camera comes with a 32GB SD card, but this will only be of use for short distance. For longer distance, you will need a 64GB SD. This camera can go up to 64GB maximum. This camera is not touch screen like some other models so you have to get around the menus by some buttons on each side of the screen. The screen is a decent size and is bright and clear. The built in battery can store enough power to make changes in the menu. I have purchased more expensive makes of dash cams before and the battery lasted a few seconds. So, this one has a more useful battery built in. If this camera had a magnetic fitting to the screen holder then it would be much better. The camera quality is plasticky and light. But it does the job very well with many features.

Having a 1080p front and rear dashcam in my car is very practical for my driving because I am relaxed knowing that I have backup of videos filmed from the front and also from the back. These – cam comes with a card for storing all the videos and it records both the road ahead and what’s happening behind the car. The video quality is clear which is important for capturing details like licensed plates or street signs and I found this especially helpful in traffic because if there is ever bump from behind or something happening in the front the dashcam has everything recorded.

It is a piece of mind knowing that if there will ever be an incident I have the footage to show what really happened and this product was easy to set up, I just attached the front camera to my windshield and the rear one at the back of the boot and I only had to connect it to the dashcam by plugging a cable.

It starts recording automatically when I turn on the car side don’t have to remember to switch it on each time and then I vision future is good even in low light the camera captures clear images which is crucial for driving. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to set up the date and time, I have tried all the options but I still couldn’t do it so on my videos it appears that the recording is from 2023 which is not very relevant but anyways I can choose for this details not to appear on the footage.

The included card can hold plenty of footage and it is easy to transfer files to my computer because it comes with an adapter.

This is dashcam is reliable and it offers a clear view of both front and rear.
