Now let’s start at the beginning….phone was packaged nicely. Nice size and case as well. The charger was a bit awkward at first, but mum got use to it. It would take the sim card, called them up and, you have to insert sim card, switch off phone and turn on again. PERFECT!!!. VOILA! IT WORKS! Easy to set up, good ringtones, performance is fast, nuttons nice, big and clear, nice home screen , emergency contacts, perfect customer services, cannot fault this phone. I would recommend this phone to any person who is not technical with mobiles, once set up…wow! Thank you so much Michael and your team. These phones should be available in all shops.
My Mam and my sister both got one. It’s their first ever smart phone.
As simple as it was for me to set up and use, it has taken them a couple of weeks to master. It’s very straightforward but to a newbie it’s just getting you head around the touch screen. No buttons to press

Early days on using the phone I had an issue that was caused by me by accident and within 24 hours the MD rang me to assist. All sorted and the mother in law is excited to have it and importantly see what she is doing given vision issues.
I have peace of mind with the built in SOS alert call.
The build of the phone is easy to hold, strong and sturdy. The charging stand makes charging effortless and I know he can keep it charged easily It has very loud speaker on the phone which is handy a he wears hearing aids he has no problems with hearing the ring tone or what I’m saying on the other end of the phone. The battery lasts for ages and it’s not so small it gets lost but not so big it’s in the way.
As I said I can’t fault this phone it’s absolutely perfect – simple and easy to use and the SOS alarm gives me some peace of mind! Really happy that Easyphone are a British company with loads of support if I or Dad gets stuckWould 100% reccomend to anyone!
