Is the cutlery basket detachable?
Yes. The double-layer design allows for neat placement and rational use of space. And the upper and lower cutlery baskets are removable, making it easier to place and retrieve cutlery, as well as perform thorough cleaning.
Do I need to add hot water to the dishwasher?
No. All you need to do is turn the machine on and choose a cycle. Depending on the washing mode, the water will be heated automatically. Details can be found in the user manual under wash cycle.

Now I am really impressed with this little gem this is a absolute life safer for me as I am disabled with spinal stenosis which means I can’t stand for more than a couple of minutes and I have trouble keeping my balance and walking, this little gem will be recommended to my family and friends who also have disabilities

It is nice to look at, quiet and efficient. Save yourself a lifetime of grief and just get one of these.
Firstly I want to say that the item came quickly, was very well packaged, and is reasonably priced.
The dishwasher was easy to set up and the instructions are easy to follow, after looking at different dishwashers and reading the reviews I picked this particular dishwasher as it takes the larger dinner plate, the reviews are mainly 5*, I love the different modes and the drying feature, I would definitely recommend this product for a small family.
Everything that’s come out of it so far has been spotless. Though we are using a full fairy platinum dishwasher pod for every wash so that could be related!
Super easy and simple to set up. We’ve not plumbed it in, instead we add the water in the top for each wash. It comes with a very handy jug to help with this and beeps at you when the water is full. The drainage hose is quite long, not quite so ideal when the machine is right next to the sink but we’ve made it work and it’s not such an inconvenience that it detracts from all of the positives.
The wash cycles aren’t overly loud and I can’t hear it running in the next room with the door closed.
Obviously it’s not big enough for many of our larger pots and pans but that’s totally fine as am happy to do those larger bits by hand.
Am so pleased with this purchase, I’ve wanted a dishwasher for years but never thought I had the space in my tiny kitchen, but this absolutely fits in (with a little reshuffling!) and is saving me so much time already.
Not sure about the energy consumption but it is graded F (note though this is after the whole change in energy efficiency ratings so it probably would’ve been like a B (guessing) before all that).
Have to admit the lack of reviews on Amazon did make me a little hesitant to buy this but I’m so glad I took the chance on it and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a small counter top dishwasher that will cater to a larger plate size.
UPDATE:
This is amended version of the original review. In the original review I did report a problem with dishwasher not recognizing the fact that the water has been put in it manually and it was trying to use the water feed coming through the pipe which I did not have connected as I did not want to use it that way. This problem seems to have fixed itself on the second day and I did not have any issues with it since then.
I can’t explain as to why it might have happened on day 1, the sensor not picking up the water level in the tank. It is working fine now and we have been using it every single day.
This update upgrades my initial rating of 3 stars to 4 stars.

The unit comes nicely and safely packed, so there is minimal risk of damage during transportation. It includes all necessary accessories such as a water supply hose (if you wish to install it), a water drain hose, and a plastic jug for manually filling up the water tank. The LCD screen is easy to read and use, with a few programs to choose from, including a quick program, eco program, and heavy program. The dishwasher is surprisingly lightweight, and I had no trouble moving it from the box to the countertop in my kitchen. It only weights 13kg. This is a good point.
Space: I wish the interior space of the dishwasher was just a bit bigger, even by 1 cm in height and depth, as this would make a massive difference. This small increase would allow slightly larger mugs to fit on the top tray. Unfortunately, the current design makes it difficult to fit larger dinner plates comfortably. If placed at the back, they push against the back wall and the door won’t close. You can still wash large dinner plates, but you have to place them at the front or middle of the rack. The top tray for mugs only accommodates average or small-sized mugs or not very tall coffee mugs. Slightly taller mugs won’t fit. Overall, it takes a lot of fiddling around to maximize the available space.
Final comment on space inside the dishwasher: If you are a single person or a couple wanting to wash a few plates, bowls, and mugs, this unit might be sufficient. However, you can pretty much forget about washing pots and pans. The available space is really small.
Besides the problem with the manual water feed we encountered on day 1 and day 1 only, the machine seems to work okay. It is small and does not let you wash a lot of items at once, but it might be sufficient for some people.
