Everything about this purchase was fantastic, from the prompt delivery, the superb way it was packaged, the putting together and the quality of the product. Taken it to work today, and it has drawn lots of attention from my colleagues, I highly recommend this e-bike
Absolutley Fantastic
This bike is a fantasticly engineered machine, not just the run of the mill e-bike.
Engwe obviously put a lot of thought into the design and development of the EP 2 Pro.
Such a comfortable ride and feels steady and sturdy too.
Completely fulfils my expectations.
Price is very good value for money (950) when compared to the majority of other e-bikes on the market.
It’s a monster of a bike, handles really well and has a lot of power behind it it almost sounds like an electric car sound I cycle 25 miles so I had to get a different battery but so far it’s really stable and you hardly feel the road with those big tires. Delivery was very quick but the service is very bad, they were so rude and not interested in helping bring it upstairs .
Bike was delivered 1 week early.
Easy to put together following instructions. About 20 minutes.
As a “large framed man” this bike is very robust for hobby cycling.
Pedal assist is fantastic especially as I have a debilitated leg and I was looking for something to get me out of the house and a bit of mild exercise.
This is the second Engwe electric bike that we bought for our household as the build quality and value for money is great.
The bike arrived in just 3 days despite stating it would be upto ten days. It was packed brilliantly, but you need some snips as there were 100’s of cable ties keeping everything together during transit.
It’s a beast. It was a bit scary at first as I wasn’t used to an electric bike, but great fun and takes hills on with no effort.
Have ridden quite a few miles now over the last few days, and the battery has only just started to drop.
The seat is a little odd, I am quite short, so to cycle comfortably, I could do with the seat being higher, but then can’t touch the ground.
It’s a real head turner, great fun but takes a while to adjust to it. It is very heavy though. So not as easy to maneuver.
