Habe lange berlegt, es waren einige Micros in der engeren Auswahl, hatte bisher das Yeti.
Die Verarbeitungsqualitt ist sehr gut und wertig, auch die Optik kann sich sehen lassen. Die Tonqualitt ist sehr gut, auch mit etwas mehr Abstand 40-50cm kein Hall wahrnehmbar, bin sehr zufrieden.
Einziger Kritikpunkt, man kann zwar wave link nutzen, aber der clipguard steht leider beim Neo nicht zur Verfgung, dann wre es perfekt. Wrde daher wohl doch zum Wave 3 greifen. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau.
I run a YouTube channel and upgraded to this microphone from the TONOR TC30 (and Blue Snowball before that). I had been looking at Elgato products for a while and decided to take a chance on the Neo line of products. My audience immediately noticed the difference and complimented the audio on the first video with the Elgato Neo Mic. The Wave Link Software also made applying settings a breeze.
Regardless of whether I run the MIC through OBS or StreamYard, the audio clarity has always been spot in.
I have the mic mounted to the Tonor boom arm and love the small form factor of the mic because it stays out of sight of view of my camera but still allows me to put it close to my face and also love the touch panel for the mute. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have never had an issue. Thoroughly impressed and I’m looking into expanding into the our items in the NEO line.

J’ai test le micro condensateur lors de sance de traduction de confrences sur le net.
la qualit globale est trs bonne. Il se monte facilement. Tout est bien pans y compris le demi anneau sous le socle, trs utile pour visser vite et bien sans outil.
Esthtiquement, il est sobre et bien fini.
Le son est bon. Il est plug and play.
Il est compatible avec les ordinateurs portables, iPad, PS5, iPhone et plus encore.
Il est muni d’un bouton mute, il est orientable verticalement et le cble USB est guid le long de la tige par un embout. Rien redire si ce n’est l’absence d’un bouton marche / arrt. La led reste allume tout au long de la connexion l’ordinateur, c’est peu conomique.
de plus, on ne peut pas monter le son partir du micro

Il prodotto di per s valido. L’unico problema che ho avuto che se collego cuffie Bose nella porta AUX sento un fastidioso rumore di sottofondo. Il problema non sono le cuffie perch funzionano benissimo su altri dispositivi ma nemmeno del microfono perch funziona bene con altre cuffie. Nemmeno l’assistenza mi ha saputo aiutare. A parte questo buon microfono aiutato anche dal software di Elgato.
Perfect for anyone looking to clear up their mic quality for calls or meetings. Clarity is on par with more expensive mics and stand base is very sturdy. Definitely for use on PC/Mac only. Don’t buy if you’re looking for a mic to use on a PS5. The lack of any gain control with no software noise suppression makes it completely unusable due to background noise. Only gripe is the mute button is very sensitive.

Test sur PC portable Windows 11. Dans des jeux et avec Discord. Les interlocuteurs trouve le son clair et sans parasites extrieurs.
Le pied permet de placer le micro au bon niveau, environ 15cm de la bouche. Il est stable.
Le prix reste raisonnable par rapport la qualit.
I enjoy the mic that i got and have an amazing time with it, voice is very clear, it look amazing and have a nice stand that it come with it. My only minor issue with the mic is the mute button being very sensetive, but it could be just me. And not to mention thr amazing wave link app that come with the elgato products which is amazing on it own. Overall an amazing mic that i think worth the money.
Loved the sustainable packaging, and I love the aesthetique of the mic. I can definitely hear a small difference to my more expensive mic that I use for recording, but this mic more than fulfills its purpose as a general purpose addition to my desk-setup.

Nous recevons dans la boite tout le ncessaire pour monter le micro qui se branche en USB classique sur votre matriel.
Le montage est simple et rapide avec des pices robustes.
Le micro est majoritairement blanc et la partie haute est noir pour la mousse de protection.
Il dispose d’un unique bouton sensitif sur la face avant afin d’ouvrir ou couper le son et une lumire permet de voir l’tat dans lequel il se trouve. Une lumire blanche en fonctionnement et en rouge lorsqu’il est en mute.
Sur la partie arrire, il est possible de faire le branchement d’un casque Jack.
Aprs plusieurs tests audio avec ce micro, je n’ai pas constat de problme de son.
Pas de bruit parasite, pas de coupure de son lors des discussions et une voix assez claire.
Un matriel sympa lorsqu’il est ncessaire d’avoir ce type de micro pour son travail ou ses amusements.

Il microfono, a parer mio, il pi completo sul mercato, il design minimal, industriale che sta bene in qualsiasi postazione. Inoltre mi piace che il design si fonda perfettamente con il cavo dato in dotazione. Il microfono dispone anche di un jack per attaccarci le cuffie, per sentire, oltre all’audio del PC, la vostra voce senza ritardi. La funzione pi bella, secondo me, il software integrato wawe link, che vi permette di non solo controllare l’audio del microfono, ma anche quello di tutte le periferiche del PC. Il software oltre a farvi modificare l’audio del PC e del microfono, vi permette di aggiungere dei plugin, molti gratuiti, altri a pagamento. I plugin gratuiti sono per esempio il compressore, l’equalizzatore e i filtri per la voce fatti in collaborazione con fallout. I plugin sono acquistabili nel elgato market Place. Insomma, questo microfono oltre ad avere una fantastica qualit audio, dispone di tantissime funzionalit che lo rende completo. Inutile dire che lo consiglio

Great to use for meetings and gives so much control over the audio.
At first use, this microphone feels sturdy and unlikely to move of its own accord. The base is solid and holds the mic steady.
The sound produced is of a very high quality and its great to hear such clear playback. The device is plug and play and there are options for software, including OBS which is very popular.
The mute button is easily activated and there is an LED to show whether it is. This makes things so much easier to control and the mute button activates silently.
This is a very good microphone to use in meetings and on your computer and I am very happy to recommend it.
Ce microphone Elgato est design et de trs bonne qualit, mais je ne lui mets que 4 toiles (j’avoue que j’ai pas mal dout si je lui mettais quand mme les 5) parce qu’on retrouve certains dfauts la Apple (Apple trs certainement beaucoup de qualits, mais tout ce qu’ils font n’est pas parfait).
Le packaging est trs bon, robuste et protge bien le contenu avec son contenu (micro, pied, extension, cble USB-C et visserie) tout en tant en carton et sachets de papier.
En terme de fabrication, les matriaux sont de trs bonne qualit et finition
Le son capt est clair (quoiqu’un peu plus faible que d’autres micro que j’ai pu essayer donc il faudra l’amplifier)
Il y a un bouton tactile l’avant pour le rendre muet
La notice n’est par contre pas prsente dans la bote mais il faut scanner le QR Code pour y accder, ce qui est dommage puisque justement il n’est pas en un seul bloc mais il faut l’assembler.
Comme il y a une sortie jack dporte dessus il a tendance prendre la sortie audio du PC mme si on a rien branch dessus. a serait plus simple qu’il ne se prsente pas comme sortie casque lorsqu’aucun casque n’est branch dessus.
De mme, le port USB-C en biais pour y coller un cble avec une gaine particulire fallait pas se sentir oblig, le port USB-C est dj l’arrire du micro vous pouviez juste faire la face arrire plate et exposer le port USB-C de manire droite comme pour la sortie jack.
Bref je ne dis pas, le design c’est trs important mais a ne l’aurait pas dtruit de simplifier le micro et ne pas complexifier son utilisation pour les gens achetant le produit, d’o mon toile en moins.

I recently started a YouTube channel and this microphone, despite using it only on two videos for now, had made a HUGE impact.
I used to need to normalise the audio levels, apply transformations, reduce noises, etc.. with my old microphone and the quality of my voice was still not the best, I never really liked the results.
This microphone, despite being REALLY compact, changed everything.
The recording level are on spot, always, it can cut out from itself a lot of background noise, there is no background noise, no disturbances, nothing to complain about.
The microphone comes with table stand, a cable (type-C on the device, type-B as input for your machine).
The microphone can easily be detached from its stand and attached to any arm mount your might already have since it uses an universal screw.
It has a touch control to mute/unmute, and a light to represent its status: white light means working, red light means muted.
I’m really happy with this microphone and couldn’t recommend it more, despite its size and compact price as well, the performances are outstanding.
This is a very attractive microphone that is beautifully designed and presented. The desk stand is heavy, the general vibe is of something very sturdy. The microphone has a headphone socket to listen with low latency and a very clever cable management system to keep the desk tidy. The microphone is powered through the USB- C cable. It has a soft touch mute button on the front which glows white when the sound is on and red when the microphone is muted. It requires practically no pressure to work making it almost silent in use.
The microphone itself is a condenser microphone, so it must be powered. The best distance to speak into the microphone is about a hands width away, so place your hand with your little finger outstretched between the flat face of the microphone (not the top) and the thumb at your mouth and that is the ideal distance.
The microphone has a cardioid response pattern. That means that when speaking into the flat face of the microphone the best response is from the front and sounds from the sides and behind are less well defined. It doesn’t reject these sounds, but they will not be so prominent.
It claims a frequency response from 20 Hz to 20KHz but doesn’t show a graph to explain if that response is flat or not, the better the mic the flatter the response. A cheaper mic may not have a full frequency range but could have good characteristics for voice etc. To be fair, this is positioned as a voice mic and doesn’t really need that full frequency response but it would be good to know if this mic was more responsive in some frequencies.
The less good things are the stand. I would prefer it if the extension part locked more firmly onto the microphone bottom. It seems to wobble in place and if I am wearing headphones on a short lead I can get some stand noise – but by using the cable management system it is possible to prevent that. Personally I think these two parts should lock together.
The sound quality generally is very good, it rejects quite a lot of extraneous noise and records fairly accurately. But I didn’t find it coped with plosives very well. This is fine if I always said words without a p, but since I’m a full alphabet kind of guy I will need to use a pop shield as well. I did find this strange as the microphone is claimed to have a pop shield in it, but it’s easy to cause distortion.
So all-in-all, it’s a neat device, reasonable sound quality for the price, with just a couple of niggles. The stand could be better engineered and the pop shield could be more effective.
I have previously used the Elgato Wave:3 and the Wave DX. The Wave DX required you to have an XLR interface to use, while the Wave:3 was a plug and play USB device, like the Neo. The problem I had with the Wave:3 is that it was rather large and required a separate pop filter. This is a problem the Neo solves for me – the pop filter is included and the device is much smaller in size. While the Neo comes with a base, you could instead use a Boom arm if you preferred.
With the Wave DX, you could you any audio capture software, but with the Wave:3 and Neo you probably should install the free Wave Link software in order to get the most out of these devices. As I use both Windows and OSX, it is handy that this software works on both platforms. Upon installation, you should visit the Elgato marketplace in order to download some free plugins, these are Noise Removal and Compressor. These are available across both Windows and OSX, so you can keep the device configured the same across both platforms. With Windows however, if you have an Nvidia card you could instead use the Elgato Nvidia plugin which uses your GPU for the noise reduction. You could optionally download the Equaliser plugin for even more control of your sound.
The Neo device itself comes in a small cardboard package. The base of the microphone has a good weight to it, and it won’t easily move once placed on your desk. It has a rubber piece on the back that allows you to tuck the USB cable into it (along with headphones if you want to use those). The mute button is touch sensitive, so it is easy to mute without making a loud noise. Audio quality is great, it is a step up from boom microphones if you have previously been using those. While you get far more control with an XLR microphone, using one of those has a more involved setup process. For my use case, USB microphones are simpler to setup and get me most of the performance that I need.
I think this is a great device for the price, it is plug and play, but with the option to install the Wave Link software to give you even more control should you need it. You can also configure the volume in Wave Link so that you can hear yourself through your headphones, but as I use open back headphones, this feature is not as important to me. I prefer the smaller size of this device to the Wave:3.
