I used this to split the sound and vision from the Playstation HDMI output to that I could monitor PS audio through an amp. Now I have the best of both world – superb visual and high quality sound through my amp. Be aware, while this is a breeze to setup it does require power. A USB power cable is supplied but now power adapter, I current have the USB in the back of the PS5.
Great if you need to split a connection to quickly turn 2 into 1.
Very easy to use, and quick to set up.
Simply plug and play, along with a power source.
Had to reboot but then it worked.
