My back hurts more the day after I use it. These are all the same, so just get the design you like or the cheapest one. It takes about fifteen minutes for it to heat up which is unfortunately the same time it takes to turn itself off. But they are worth it. I love using it while working from home. Way cheaper than getting massages.

I have a backache since years so on the days that my back hurts I always feel like massage would help me so I purchased this massager. To be fair I’m well impressed how nice it is for the price ur paying. It feels like actually someone is massaging you. It’s a great idea that it has different strengths settings. After a session my back feels much more relaxed and less tense. Tried it on a different body parts too and can’t fault it. Lovely idea of adding warmth to the massage which helps with sore muscles. Definitely recommend to give it a go

I bought this massager after trying my mum who purchased the same one. I’m really happy with this I go for a sports therapy massage once a month and I can honestly say that this is a really good substitution. Very firm massager specially good if you suffer with tight muscles as I do sometimes after using the gym.

I have had other massagers. This gives a good massage but is noisier than my previous. It is not shaped for the bottom of the back massage but using the arms holds gives a good massage to the neck, shoulders and rest of the back. Cannot feel the heat as I did in my previous. It is hard to adjust setting given where the controls are located. Should be a separate control on a cable which allows changes during the massage, or lower controls in the arm straps. The massage unit is a lot more light weight than my previous which I had for 5 years using 3 – 4 times a week since Covid. It already feels as if the “gears” are slipping. I do not use a great amount of pressure as the movement of the knuckles gives a satisfying motion massage once set. I will see if this lasts the year, but I am not hopeful due to the intermittent gear slipping already.
