Bought some mascara that I love but wipes , cleanser wouldn’t touch so bought this cleansing balm to try . Wow , it just melts products right away . Easy to use , doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight , love it . Probably best cleanser I’ve ever tried

Don’t normally write reviews, but this cleanser changed my entire skin routine. It takes off my make up so easily, including eye make up (no irritation) and leaves my skin feeling clean and very soft. Also any blemishes are kept at bay after I’ve been using this. Please don’t ever discontinue

I’ve tried a few cleansers but keep coming back to this one. It is a little pricier but works better on my skin and I find it does a better job that the other makes I’ve tried.

I’ve been using this for about a year or just under!

It’s fab! Always melts all the makeup away even waterproof mascara, followed by a cleansing wipe and thorough wash / cleanse and it’s all gone!

I subscribe monthly so don’t think the price is too bad either and does last a while as a little goes a long way!

I’ve used other brands but this is by far the best.

Highly recommend.

I had no idea what size a quarter is for the amount to use, as per the instructions so I guessed & ended up with too much… but this was an absolute plus as I can see how little of this product is needed. My make-up started melting straight away, this doesn’t leave make-up streaked across your face, it actually disappears! Amazing!

I wipe off using my usual washable face pads and gave a quick cleanse to check… my face was totally clean! It felt soft, felt clean & fresh, felt relatively hydrated (although I am prone to “tight” feeling skin and always need to moisturise so nothing to do with the product).

My skin felt lovely after this! Been checking out the other products and if they’re as good as this, then I’ve found my new brand of skincare!

This product is absolutely brilliant. Takes my make up off with one wipe, even after it has been layered on! I use a mini spoonful (it comes with a mini spoon) amount and a warm damp towel. Leaves my skin moisturised and so soft! I have stopped having break outs and I’ve even used it after using simple wipes (which used to damage my skin) and then this, and there was so much make up left. I’ve just bought my second pot. It’s lasted me nearly 4 months. I wear make up two or three times a week for context.

First time of trying this and I must say I love it, a little goes a long way and it melts my makeup off with little effort. The price is great too especially for the size. Most other similar products are dearer and less product. I will definitely be repurchasing when i run out!!

I purchased this on a deal to try and to date I still have some left over 5 weeks later. A smal amount goes a long way. I have to double cleanse as I wear a lot of makeup however this is a very effective makeup melting cleanser. Would definitely reccomend this if you wear a lot of makeup

I absolutely love this cleansing balm, I’ve gone through so many looking for one that isn’t too thick and as soon as you rub this into your skin it turns into a lovely oil that melts away your makeup! I find i do have to be a bit more vigorous around my eyes as mascara takes a bit more to dissolve, but I wipe off with a flannel to make sure it’s all off and then follow up with a cleanser and it’s perfect, leaves my skin soft and clean and thankfully hasn’t caused my skin to breakout!

I have incredibly sensitive skin and eczema and is so hard to find something to remove my makeup with and everything irritates my skin especially the corners of my eyes. However this product is amazing and gave me no irritation it removed my makeup instantly and has nice consistency and just wiped off and left the skin still feeling moisturised, it also has no scent which I like as people say it’s natural and for natural skin with some products however any scent in anything is an irritation.
This product even removed my eyelash glue of the lids of my eyes.
I will definitely be buying this product again and has encouraged me to take more pride and care in my skin instead of sometimes leaving it some nights and just letting myself fall asleep without taking it off due to irritation with old products that I used.
Buy this product you won’t regret it, in fact it will become part of your routine.

Ive used clinique and elf ones before but prior to this was using micellar water. The experience of a balm in general is much nicer. There’s a really good amount in the container its great value tbf its going to last me ages. Its fragrance free and didnt irritate my eyes or sensitive skin at all and did a really good job of melting down my makeup, even waterproof mascara. I followed it with a double cleanse then checked with a cotton pad and there was no makeup left on it – which i find there often is with micellar water with the same second cleanser.

In summary, sensitive skin and eye friendly, effective even on waterproof makeup, a nice experience and great tub size for the price. Also looks nice on my shelf. 🙂
