I purchased this product in the summer of 2022, it has been a brilliant hose. I put it away for the winter and when I got it out this spring, the gun had split. I contacted the seller, and they have sent me a replacement hose, free of charge as it was in warranty.
I am very impressed with the customer service I have received, the replacement gun fits perfectly and my hose is working as it always has.

Bought this hose in 2022 and what a super hose it has been, no leaks or kinks!! I use it for my big garden and for to clean my car and it does the job perfectly! I have had many hoses from here that never lasted or were as strong as this one!! My gun sadly last week was damaged when I brought it out for to use, I contacted the seller and he is sending out a replacement for me. What a super seller!!!
The only issue we had after a few months of use was with our outside tap and after chatting to HLiBoya they replaced the entire hosepipe for free! Very good customer service. Would recommend this hosepipe.
Liked what I seen and felt, but of course not really hose weather yet, if it gives a good length of time of service I well be really pleased with product but time will see
1) The wife runs a childminding service and long hoses lying in the garden is a security hazzard.
2) I have 5 fish tanks inside the house requiring me to change around 200ltr of water every week. I needed something that would let me control the flow of the water as close to my tanks as possible, not having to run outside to the garden faucet to turn the water on/off.
This expandable hose addresses both the above concerns and provides even more benefits.
a) When not in use it retracts to a very small size that you can put in the accompanied bag and store away. Thus no safety hazard for children.
b) The spray gun has lots and lots of different settings (mist, jet, full etc etc). It is great fun for the children to play with this hose under supervision.
c) I am happy to report that there is no leaking at all anywhere near the brass fittings/connectors. Everything looks great quality and i wasn’t disappointed.
d) When you turn on the main faucet, pressure builds inside the hose and it expands. There is a second valve under the spray gun that controls the flow. Then there is the spray gun itself with the handle for the final control. Once you turn on the water you never need to return to the main faucet to turn it off, all the control can happen with the hand holding the spray gun. This was great for my water changing routine on the fish tanks. I can fill my big 90ltr buckets inside the dining room and start and stop the process without ever going outside to the garden to control the flow. No more spilled water on the carpet 🙂
This hose looks great quality and can be used for lots of different purposes. I see no reason to remove any star at this point. 5/5 with flying colours.
