This is good for a temporary solution to keeping your hallway tidy from all the shoes you have. It is not very sturdy so having it positioned in a corner or against a wall will help it as a slight hit and it will move.

Doesn’t fit ankle boots. We out those on their side, and then it fits
This unit actually measures 23 inches when assembled (not the stated 21.88). Although 1 inch (2.5 cm) isn’t a big difference it meant I couldn’t fit it in the space available without removing one of the layers. A bit annoying as I’d chosen this particular item because I thought it would fit. The useable width is about 8.5 inches (22 cm) so, again, narrower than the overall width would suggest and might not accommodate wide shoes like walking boots etc.
On the plus side, this unit was really easy to put together and looks fairly robust. Overall it is good value for money
In a vain attempt to message the seller: The Amazon help is useless. My item arrived missing a layer of supports (struts and back). I only found out after I built it and got to the part where I had one layer left and no struts to complete it. All Amazon offers is a return, there’s no way I’m breaking that down to return it (it really is sturdy once it’s built, I’d probably destroy it trying to take it apart).
