Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Product arrived with a missing fixture & when I reached out to these guys they were very quick to respond, apologies for the inconvenience and offered a few options. I tried to source the missing piece but unfortunately I couldn’t find it anywhere. After uninstalling the bike, boxed & ready to be returned, they offered me a replacement & let me keep the one with the missing fixture as spare. Communication was always prompt with assuring information.
The product quality is excellent and my daughter loves the bike and always demanding to go out on it. Appreciate your level of service and kindness in the end.
