I ordered this trike for my daughter and when it arrived it was missing a part, so I contacted the seller. As it was a new product they didn’t have spare parts, so they replaced the whole trike and they let me keep the other one for spare parts, which was very kind of them, I definitely recommend their service. The trike is very sturdy, also a great value for money and my daughter absolutely loves it and will not leave it alone. I definitely recommend buying this model for your child for their first bike.
It’s a lovely trike/pushchair. My grandson loves it. The only downside is that it doesn’t fold, so it’s not easy to put into the boot of a car, you have to slightly dismantle it before it fits.
Took me a while to put together, looks sturdy although couldn’t tighten seat with tools provided. Also took a while to attach the final part, the extension rod but got there eventually. Brought for my grandson’s 2nd birthday
