I drive an M sport so this key fob cover fits beautifully, and actually fits perfectly as well, it is incredibly sturdy, all metal no silly plastics honestly can not recommend it more, this is actually a second one I had another one for the spare key for about a year now and still fits perfectly and looks stunning.
Now this fob is special!
It is a bit bigger than the silicone version in the photo as the mini lanyard goes through a hole in the fob only and NOT through the hole in the key itself. So it is longer to accommodate that.
Made of a solid metal outer frame with a rubber cover to go over the actual key, then a very substantial metal key ring on the end of the rubber lanyard. This thing is built like a proverbial tank!
It is about as rugged a key fob can be without looking totally ridiculous!
So probably more suited to flashy 6ft hairy chested X5 owners maybe.
Nah…this is too good to pass on my 5-series touring.
It looks great too with the official BMW colours and rubber inserts and metal body. AWESOME!
Yes it will get scratched, but I do not care.
At 16, an absolute bargain!
