It was surprisingly easy to put together. Full instruction leaflet provided and even a video to help!! Maybe I was lucky but there were two spare screws included. It’s very easy to alter the height and alignment of the hangers.
My following comment is completely not the fault of the product itself but included for amusement:
It wouldn’t go into our stony ground very far, even when I stood on it like the video suggests. My DIY-challenged husband insisted on whacking the top of the pole with a mallet to try to sink it further into the ground. This resulted in the pole getting bent. At first he refused to believe that he’d damaged it but eventually he resorted to bashing it into an upright position. It is a testament to the quality of the product that it survived the abuse. I wish iBorn would supply similarly high quality husbands.
Despite the support legs only going half way into the ground, it is stable enough. It has not gone wonky despite a multitude of fat pigeons landing on it to try to get to the feeders. I doubt it is sturdy enough for pole dancing although Cyril the Squirrel has been trying it.

Well made product which does the job for small birds. I didn’t want trays so that pigeons would stay off it. Now small finches and tits love the variety that four hanging positions allow for.
The bird feeder was exactly what I was looking for to put my hanging baskets on, as for the bird feeder station they already have a place to get food from, so not what you expected to see,…
Very pleased with my purchase…except… one of the hanging arms is too big to fit the slot. Tried to get help to ask for a replacement arm via Amazon’s online chat help service. The options available for help didn’t allow for my enquiry to proceed. Refund or replacement only options offered. Therefore, I have only the use of three arms instead of four. Does anyone who has purchased this item know where to get a properly fitting replacement arm? Thankyou.
This is a great feeding station. Easy to fit together and is robust . The ground stakes are very strong and support the stand well. Multiple feeders can be attached and the birds are happy to use them. Since introducing this feeding station to the garden our bird visitors have increased substantially. I will probably order a further one for another part of the garden. Highly recommend this product.
A little on the pricey side but so worth the money, very well made, sturdy and easy to assemblebirds were using it within 5 minutes of putting it in the ground.very happy and would definitely recommend
It’s a nice station but it assumes you want it in grass. I wanted to put mine on the patio but I’m struggling to find a base that fits, which is a shame. Otherwise it’s fine.
At last the bird food is safe from the squirrels. I bought the tallest pole with 4 hooks at the top. I also added a squirrel baffle that we already had. The squirrels jump up the pole but slide back down – pretty amusing to watch.
The whole thing seems well made and is staying upright just fine. The birds seem to love it.
We were replacing a more traditional wooden table that had lasted us ages so hope this one has as long a life.
Birds like it and using straight away. They also like to land on the hanging brackets before choosing their meal.
