I need to extend laptop to two other screens, and this dock has been perfect for the task. It has two HDMI ports as well which is convenient.
I’ve not had any issues at all so I recommend this product, particularly considering the price compared to other docks.

Was unsure if this would work for my laptop, I asked would it before buying and some said it should or that they did not know. It works very well so far, so a good purchase for the price. Laptop is a Lenovo thinkpad for any future sceptics like me.
Small but robust, very good does the job and exactly as described, works well for what I need it for; to extend to my 2 monitors, charge my laptop and plug in my mouse and keyboard. Only little criticism would be that I wish the lead that plugs into the laptop was slightly longer! But overall great product!
Got this to allow a triple monitor setup, combined with the built in hdmi port on my HP 450 G7 Notebook.
Was a little sceptical at first due to the warnings against some hp devices in the description, but it’s spot on here!
I bought this item back in April 2023. It was working fine all these months. Until last month October 2023. The monitors started glitching and going black randomly. I sent an email to the seller. Waiting to hear back from them.
Spoke to the seller about the issue. They sent a replacement straight away. The replacement is working fine. Hopefully its stays that way. Very happy with the customer service.
Purchased this to create a “mission control” centre for my work from home set up.
I already have a HP HUB however it doesn’t have a hdmi port (crazy I know)
So instead of buying a usb to hdmi adapter I purchased this unit so I can plug the usbC from this into my hub therefore creating additional HDMI ports, additional usbs (I also have an Amazon basics triple usb hub)
This means I can now run 3 screens, my wired mouse (I hate wireless mice) my wireless keyboard, my usb headset, my separate HD webcam, my usb hub splitter, my HP hub and I have two spare ports for Charing my mobile (or adding a usb desk fan in summer)
It just does what it needs to do and gives you so much more capability.
Don’t hesitate to buy it if you are looking at a home set up
Build quality is good, however, the edges of the aluminium at each end are a little sharp on my unit so be careful placing the docking station on a polished surface that might scratch easily.
Outputs on the dock generally work as expected, the USB PD is perfect for my needs, the T480 has a 65W charger and cheaper budget docks on Amazon tend to max out at 60W, this MOKiN dock offers up to 100W so I can attach my OEM Lenovo power adapter and get the proper level of charging via the dock, along with all my USB peripherals via one cable.
I do have some issues with the DisplayPort output, no matter what I tried I couldn’t manage to get a DP connection at 4K 60Hz, when using the dock it would only offer 4K 30Hz, I tried several 60Hz rated DP cables both and tried swapping between the Thunderbolt port and USB-C ports on the laptop but nothing would work.
In the end, I opted for using this dock to attach the peripherals and power, then use a separate Thunderbolt to DP cable from Cable Matters into a second port on the laptop which worked at 40K 60Hz (not ideal as I wanted a single cable solution)
Grace from Mokin reaches out to me advising there was an updated version of this dongle which fixed the issues I’d been seeing.
She offered to send me a new version of it which arrived around 3 days after our conversation.
I’m really pleased to say this newer version fixed the issue and my monitors now start up with my laptop without the need to unplug it and then reconnect it.

I received this yesterday as a stop-gap while I try and find a dock for my new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme.
This works and I have two ThinkVision 24d monitors attached to the laptop using this dongle.
The slight annoyance is that when I turn my laptop on the two monitors don’t display anything. My laptop sees them as available however for them to display the extended desktop I have to unplug the adaptor and then reconnect it which is a slight annoyance.
However, it does the job for 90% of the time and I’m using this with my laptop and two monitors.
