They may be V60 rather than V90 but I still find them fast enough in a Canon R6. Would happily buy again but would love to try their V90 cards.
I have loads of these – I use them for both stills and video, shooting events and weddings. Fast enough to record 4K video at 60fps from a Canon R6, and holds around 4000 RAW stills from the R6. Never had any problems with data loss (touch wood!).
Very fast compared to the laptop sdcard reader. Used a sandisk extreme rated at 170 mb/s. As you can see from the images the laptop reader was no where near the quoted speeds for the sdcard. Using this lexar reader made a huge difference well worth the purchase.
One of many I own, tried and tested for photos and 4K 10bit video – I was a bit concerned getting a 60 instead of 90 but it works a charm, no issues with footage or cutting off or corrupted files.
Transfer speed is ok. But glad about the price. No problems so far. Fingers crossed. Such alternatives are needed during these times. Everything is expensive so having a cheaper alternative is nice
Blackmagic speed test is reporting 85mb/s write speeds… About the same as my SanDisk Extreme Pro V30 cards, disappointing. However I have tested the SD card recording in my GH5: weirdly both 1080 and 4k ALL-I recordings worked on initial tests of 4 and 2 minutes (not tested longer currently). I’ve also tested my Lexar 1667x in my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and it seems also to be able to handle BRAW 12:1 compression DCI 4K 60fps (12 mins test) and BRAW 8:1 DCI 4k 60fps (8mins test). It couldn’t handle 5:1 DCI 4K 60fps though, and stopped recording under 30 seconds.
Not sure what is going on as the speed tests ran say 80mbp/s but the tests seem to work fine in higher resolution/frame rates. See how the test of time goes with this card now.
